I recently had an outstanding experience at the Mazda

I recently had an outstanding experience at the Mazda dealership and wanted to highlight the exceptional service I received. Katisha, my sales representative, was incredibly knowledgeable and patient throughout the entire process. She took the time to understand my needs and helped me find the perfect vehicle. Kenneth L., the financial manager, was equally impressive. He made the financing process straightforward and transparent, ensuring I understood all my options. His professionalism and willingness to answer my questions made me feel confident in my choices. The overall management of the dealership was apparent, even though I didn’t catch the manager's name. The team worked seamlessly together, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made my car-buying experience enjoyable. I highly recommend this Mazda dealership to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. My car was in the collision center for repair, a normally unhappy experience. The service person, ALI, was an exceptional person! Behind the seens a real professional. Helped me through the process, went out of her way. When other people treat you like a number, she was caring and made a not so great experience palatable. My next car will be a Mazda also.

I just purchased a 2024 CX-5 from David.

I just purchased a 2024 CX-5 from David. He was very patient and helpful throughout the almost month long process of buying this car. He answered all my questions, worked to get me a good amount for my trade and worked within my stipulations. I was set on a certain vehicle and waited for it to arrive. He worked with me to set up a delivery time that worked for me and explained everything about the new car very well. Since the sale he has still been available to me to quickly respond to my texts when I had a question. I would recommend him highly to anyone looking to make a purchase.

This place is a well oiled machine.

This place is a well oiled machine. I purchased a cx5 in 2021 and I'm very happy with the car. Every time I come to the dealership for anything I wind up with $1000 plus bill. This is on a car that's barely 3 years old and has only 38,000 miles on it. The last time I was told I needed three tires, two different filters and a belt tensioner for a grand total of $1400. I know nothing about cars, but after looking on Google, I found that a belt tensioner in a CX5 2021 should last for the lifetime of the car. I quickly went to Riverview tire and auto who did all the work for half the price and told me the tensioner was just fine. I am angry and sorely disappointed with Ferman Mazda. I feel they incentivize their techs on commission for work performed and this makes for poor service and excessive markup. I'm a loyal Mazda customer but Ferman Mazda off my list of trusted businesses. Only go here if you want to be ripped off!!!!

I use to hate buying a car!

I use to hate buying a car! The cheesy sales person that would tell me a price, then when we sat down the make the deal not only did it take 4 hours, but the price would end up higher than we had talked about....well that was until I met Katisha ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Katisha actually changed my whole view of buying a car. From the moment we connected she was so personable (texted me a picture of her and my new car), upfront, told me the price I would be paying and had all the paperwork ready for me when I got there. Thats it The MOST Pleasant experience I have EVER had I just loved her..... I wish everyone would be able to experience buying a car from her. TOP NOTCH

Just bought a new Mazda CX30, and Katisha made the

Just bought a new Mazda CX30, and Katisha made the process remarkably easy. I called her and asked if she had the model and color I wanted, she was able to beat the price of another dealership while giving me a car with premium paint color, cargo tray and bumper guard. Overall, the car was $1K more than the other one I was getting, and she got it down to a few dollars UNDER the other one. She was professional, polite and so accommodating during the entire time we were here and took care of every single detail. I went to many other dealerships as I was trying to get whatever SUV was the best deal, so checked out Honda, Toyota, Kia, Subaru, etc. The nicest to work with and less pushy were definitely Subaru and Mazda, and Katisha especially. Would definitely recommend her (and Ferman Mazda) to anyone.

Ended up being stalked and harassed by a salesperson.

Ended up being stalked and harassed by a salesperson. My husband as well. All because we didn’t want to purchase their car. Steer clear of this dealership. Salesperson was extremely nice at first, then ended up calling my office and harassing myself and other employees in the office.

I've just leased a new CX-5 Select from Ferman Mazda, and traded in my old Mazda 3 hatchback (also from Ferman). This time I worked mostly with Ben from Sales and I think he did a great job. We spent hours reviewing my needs as a customer and several different vehicles and options. It was a very respectful, informative process. It wasn't rushed or pushy. The dealership recognized my customer loyalty both in the discussions and in the offer presented to me. When I expanded my search to other brands, the others were not cooperative in answering my questions trying to understand the financial details. I was happy to go back to Ferman and make the deal on the CX-5. I like the ride, specs, and prefer the interior of Mazdas for cars in my price range. Along with my new vehicle, I'm able to continue a good customer relationship with a service department that I like. I highly recommend a visit to Ferman Mazda for a better car purchasing experience.
