D'Arcy Buick GMC has been in business in Joliet for nearly 20 years. We have a large selection of new and pre-owned vehicles to choose from. Our state-of-the art service facility features 2 quick oil change bays and 25 service bays that allow us to serve our customers even better. Our customer lounge features comfortable seating along with coffee tea hot chocolate vending machines wireless high-speed internet access a children?s activity area and television. We provide a free shuttle service as well as an early bird and late night drop box for added convenience.

I bought a 2025 AT4X from Darcy GMC in August of 2025,

I bought a 2025 AT4X from Darcy GMC in August of 2025, since then they have my truck 5 times for the same issue, The Stereo. ALl I get is the runaround, my Adviser is Chris, not sure how a dealer works but, Chris was on vacation and nothing was completed on my truck ( this time ) do they not have anybody else that can work on a truck ???? I just cannot believe the customer service they have there. I would not recommend this dealer for any of there Vehicles.

Always a great and personalized experience! Definitely a VIP experience with every transition and handoff throughout the entire experience. Dominic and the rest of the team personalize the experience, and go above and beyond. The follow-up is next level between the technology and personalized touch. They have a loyal customer in our family!

What a great experience at D? Arcy Buick Dealership in Joliet IL. The staff was friendly, honest, and made the whole process easy. Ray our salesperson went above and beyond. I love my new Envision Sport and would definitely recommend D?Arcy Buick and ask for Ray!!

I had a great experience.

I had a great experience. I purchased a car at my second visit. On my first visit Luke the manager was very kind. We decided to return because our impression of Luke. Herman was the sales representative. He was very knowledgeable.

Had my ABS stablelink serviced and was told I needed a

Had my ABS stablelink serviced and was told I needed a new transmission at the cost of 8,000$ plus 12 hours labor. I Told the service advisor the transmission was tied in the abs and never had an issue before the abs problem. They told me to replace the transmission even though I haven?t had a problem with it since the abs brake position sensor was replaced. The amount of add on service work from this dealership is insane and not needed. I?ll never go back there. They also delivered my parents new Envsion with it being two quarts of oil short. No one there cares and they just make up excuses.

We came in late in the day with an unexpected emergency

We came in late in the day with an unexpected emergency car repair and were very happy with the service provided. Everything was great! Check in, our shuttle driver Vicky was so kind and even stayed late to take us home which we appreciated. The car was fixed in a short amount of time and shuttle driver back Ed also very nice. We've purchased and had our cars serviced from D'Arcy since 1990 and could not be more pleased! Thank you!
