I purchased my very first Mercedes from here and I’m glad I did. This dealership made me feel welcome and like I mattered. First off Christine has a very... welcoming smile and I love hearing her talk. Matt A., my salesman, paid attention to my likes, dislikes, wants and needs and put me in a brand new A220 that has a bunch of features. It looks and feels like that case was made for me. Darren W. in the service department was a big hello too because he’s very knowledgeable about Mercedes and taught me a lot about its origin etc... Any concerns I had even until now, Matt and the general manager, Mr. Wolk went above and begins to make sure I was and am a satisfied customer. I have to say I was very impressed with how clean the outside, showroom floor, bathroom and waiting area was. Even though I’ve never leased a vehicle before, I was at ease with how my salesman and finance manager explained the process to me. Because this vehicle has so many bells and whistles, MB has a gentleman that will come to your location (within reason) or in my case I met him at the dealership and he showed me how to operate my vehicle (not all of it because there’s so much) but, if there’s any further questions, he doesn’t mind going over them with you. I also have to say that I love how they are careful with your vehicle when it comes to and servicing. They cover the steering wheel, floors and seats to make sure it stays clean while they service it. That’s a huge plus and they have loaner vehicles that are not crappy. Overall I was very pleased and I will do business there as long as I stay in a Mercedes because even most of the staff in passing was very pleasant. Thank you all so much for helping me with my birthday present to myself!!!

We haven't bought a vehicle from a dealer since 2004 and we were very worried about the process as our last experience (at a different dealer) was horrible.... Our experience at Plaza Motors West was simply outstanding! The courtesy and professionalism we received was exceptional. We were so happy with the experience and our slightly used vehicle which we found. Our sales consultant was Larry Carpenter and we couldn't have asked for a more decent person to assist us through the process.
Pleasant courteous knowledgeable helpful and respectful. He answered all of our questions addressed all of the issues leading to help us make a decision... to purchase the car. Dave is truly a customer advocate. I also want to commend the finance department for all their help.

I found a new BEST FRIEND "Matt Althage"!!! He is the man, I love his friendliness and personality. I have now purchased two vehicles from him, and we... have built an amazing relationship through the whole process. My recent purchase being a 2015 BMW 328i with M-Sport package. I first spotted the car searching through the Mercedes-Benz of Chesterfield's inventory on their website. I must say, it was definitely something that grabbed my attention. So of course, I decided to go out and take a look at it. When I arrived to the dealer ship to check out the car, I spotted it right away. Before I could even get a good look at the car, Matt walked out to greet me with the key. One test drive later, and I was ready to make a deal. Honestly the price he offered me was ridiculous! I was ready to storm out of the room and fetch my old keys he threw on the roof! (Just kidding, he didn't actually throw my keys on the roof.) But he stopped me. I sat back down, and waited for him to work his magic. After a good long while, I could tell that he was trying everything he could to get the best price he could offer me. He came back.. showed me his best offer.. and it was great! The best salesman in business. I could not be happier! With a great experience at Mercedes-Benz of Chesterfield I definitely recommend this dealership!
Was involved in someone breaking into my c300 by this dealership. Brought my car here and was told it takes 2days to get a new window by Robert. After... 5 days no window and called and left messages for Robert multiple days with no call. Then notified my insurance company and he wouldn’t call be either. This dealership gives Mercedes a bad name so buyers beware there service department is the worst. P.s. they never got the window for me.

As much as I was happy with the staff throughout the buying process, I am that disappointed in the dealership since the time I pulled off of the lot. ... This vehicle has given me nothing but problems that they want nothing to do with, and by far is the most troublesome vehicle I have ever owned.

Noticed a bent wheel rim on the used car I purchased. Negotiated that repair off the price. Later found two other wheel rims were bent. They had the audacity... to say I bent them after I bought it. This was a car for my daughter so safety was a concern. Don't buy a used car here as obviously they don't inspect their used car inventory at all and will sell you an unsafe unroadworthy vehicle.
