Major mistake to shop there

Service writer was extremely lacking in knowledge of product. I had a reservation was told to leave the truck would be 3 weeks before they could look at. Then why leave it? That is how damage occurs, offered to bring it back in 3 weeks was told no that is not an option. My option was to cancel new suv order from them to my new truck for service and Ford country instead

GO TO THIS DEALER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! Their negligence could get people KILLED! Friendly Ford in Las Vegas sold me a dangerous vehicle that needed numerous repairs despite it being a certified pre-owned. When I bought the vehicle, they had installed 2 defective tires, left on 2 cracking old tires that had to be replaced within 10,000 miles, did not check fluid levels, did not fix or notice a cracked transmission bracket and a cracked windshield wiper fluid reservoir, did not even check if the radiator cap fit, and it took them 2 weeks to get my van after they broke the sunroof and did not bother to expedite the part. Additionally, they did not even file the title information correctly and now I am being harassed by the company I have my loan through because of this. I sent information on my initial issues to general manager Bill Bosnos and heard nothing back. Although they covered some of the original issues that were identified, it was like pulling teeth, and the service manager lied to me and gaslit me on several occasions. I filed a complaint with Ford but they have made it clear that as a company they do not intend to hold negligent dealers such as Friendly Ford accountable. Friendly Ford has made no attempt to reach out and make this issue right. This has been an extremely expensive and scary process to deal with, as I could have been killed at numerous times because of their neglect. I have also lost many days of work over the issues with the vehicle because Friendly Ford could not be bothered to do their jobs correctly. Additionally, I know of another instance where Friendly Ford installed defective tires on a vehicle. As far as I can tell, Friendly Ford is putting customers at risk, and could kill people with the vehicles they are selling.

UPDATE: After trying to get help since November, Friendly Ford finally responded and agreed to reimburse the cost of tires after I posted online reviews. I had submitted a BBB complaint in early January that they only responded to after I posted online reviews. Although I do not feel it was out of genuine concern for the safety of their customers, they did try to make it "right" in the end, but it was like pulling teeth and a very frustrating process.

Filthy nasty stinky loaner

Needed to put my car into shop was given a loaner car didn't care what kinda car was provided. I did have great concerns about the cleanliness of the loaner. It was the worst I have been given. Very very filthy on the inside, Stinky also it was so dusty kept triggering my asthma off. I wouldn't of allowed this nasty azz vehicle to go out to anyone. It's a ford black escort sport. Crumbs rocks dog hair cat xxxx smell this is so foul but what goes around comes around. I will not be coming to this ford dealership for any loaner s. This vehicle smells like garbage xxxx and everything else mad azz heck customer.

This is my far the worst customer service ever.

This is my far the worst customer service ever. I scheduled an appointment for 9:30 and dropped the car off. By 12 I called back and they had not even started the service so I went back to complain. I talked to the jobs service supervisor and was told basically that's how we do things too bad so I asked to speak to the service manager. After being condescending and trying to compare her service department to a doctors office she accused me a being rude and making a mess in their lobby (I sat in a chair and nothing more) she then kicked me out of the dealership and refused to finish the work on the car which was just getting started at that point. They went as far to drive the car all the way to the gate of the dealership and made me walk to there. I have never been treated so unprofessional and rude! Avoid this service department at all costs. I will be going to the Ford company about this issue.

Very disappointed with Joe [or John] customer serv

I went to have my car check because the engine light went on, Joe[John]was not polite at all, he said I had to leave my car for 4 or 5 weeks to been seen, I was disappointed and I asked why, he said in a very sarcastic way, that my car will be there for all those weeks sitting to be check first and then more weeks to get it fixed..UNBELIEVABLE!.. I was in choke he didn't care and just told me to let him know when I wanted to leave my car there and he just walked away!!!..I wasn't happy I asked a different advisor and same answer until I went talk to Eleazar Cardenas, very professional and caring gentleman, he took the time to explain why is the waiting time and help me set an appointment to have my car checked. My advisor was Jared but unfortunately he doesn't work there anymore, Jared was an asset to the company, so sad he left...but glad Eleazar Cardenas is there, excellent customer service skills and caring and helpful!..thank you Eleazar!

I can't speak for their sales department, but my F350 had

I can't speak for their sales department, but my F350 had been in for repairs for almost 2 weeks now. It took a week to get the parts which I understand. I was called last Thursday at lunchtime and was told that all the parts were in and the repair was a 2 day job. Then I was told there was 1 vehicle ahead of mine, but they had finally started working on it on Friday afternoon. By Tuesday (this afternoon, and 2 work days beyond when they had supposedly started work on the truck) no one had called, so I started calling. None of the service managers called me back. Finally our "service agent" called me and told me they were about 50% finished. This is NOT GOOD service or customer relations. I still have not had anyone explain to me why this is taking so long. I was again promised it would be ready tomorrow, but I don't see that happening.

Brought my 2020 mustang in for a works oil change.

Brought my 2020 mustang in for a works oil change. Tires were not rotated, tread depths reported at 7, but when I got home and measured them with a tread depth gauge, they are at a 9! Lube tech left oil all over my clean engine bay. Had an appointment for the 'service' scheduled for 10:30am. I dropped the car off at 10:15am, the car wasn't pulled into a bay until 11:45am! This vehicle has 2 open recalls and no one said anything! Would have scheduled an appointment to have them taken care of, but glad I didn't since your service department can't handle a simple oil change & tire rotation!

Inquired about a vehicle at the cars.

Inquired about a vehicle at the cars.com price. Was told twice, by two separate individuals that the price was accurate. Once I asked for an appointment to view the vehicle they changed the price by adding 10k.
