Just had my first service appointment at BMW Tucson. Was greeted by a very personable and knowledgeable service advisor name Jayme Larson. Jayme was terrific. She explained everything that would be done, and asked if there was anything I needed checked. My vehicle was serviced in the time frame she promised and she went over the complete inspection in detail. I was also impressed that she's been at that dealership for over 13 years. And with such a such a terrific personality and knowledge base it doesn't surprise me the dealership doesn't want to lose her.

We love our advisor Ryan! He is the reason we keep coming back to BMW...now that our three year warranty has expired...BMW is more expensive but Ryan makes it worth it. Ellen Spence Our dealership/service shop in Burlingame, CA always gave us a free rental car. When you are spending $500+ on a service, a free rental should be provided.

Took my car for Service and repair. They charged me $275...

Took my car for Service and repair. They charged me $275 to fix an issue with steering wheel. I had to come back 2nd time because issue was not fixed. Second time they tried and they could't fix the issue. They said I had to replace the whole steering wheel ($3500.00). I did not get my money back and my car still not fixed. You figured since this is the BMW dealership they know what to fix and what to do... Both times my car was there I had to call the Service Advisor and ask for status and updates on my car, otherwise I wouldn't know.
