Feb 3th 2024 I bought two back Michelin tires from BMW Tucson, drove approximately 12,000 miles and 2025 of May 9th, my tires are worn out need a set of new tires. Can’t believe this set of Michelin tires only last me year and 12,000 miles. I think between the dealership and the tire Michelin tire company, I got screwed 😡

Great, as usual. Jayme was professional, efficient and friendly. We got a courtesy ride (with excellent driver) to and from a local restaurant, and the car was ready within a few minutes of our return. Clean, bright premises.

Always wonderful found incorrect installation on rear
Always wonderful found incorrect installation on rear brake pads plus nail in tire. Oil change was reason we where there inspection found these issues that needed attention
