Had oil change on Feb 8th 2020. After I got car back noticed that there was a dirty hand print on front passenger seat with some flaky debris around it.... There was also a dirty hand print on dash by glove box. Also greasy hand prints on passenger window and A pillar area. I keep my vehicle maticulous and know without a doubt these hand prints were not there prior. Well I just realized I never put the oil change inspection report in the glove box after cause found it in the house. Opened my glove box to find what the dirty hand print and debris was from. Here someone placed a handful of corn and soybeans in my glove box. Yes I know the difference from rodent damage versus someone placing it. This was obviously placed. Mice don't horde food and squirrel damage is obvious. Pulled glove box to inspect behind it and found no evidence back there of rodents. The majority was hid inside a microfiber towel I keep in the glove box but some spilled out into the bottom of glove box. And no one has been in the passenger side since oil change other than whoever left the dirty hand prints. Wish I would have opened glove box before leaving dealership that day. So just wanted to write about this incident to make people aware if hand prints show up in locations you don't expect after service to look through your vehicle.
Found desired vehicle and agreed on price and trade-in without any problems. Before purchased told no problem with titling vehicle in FL and Mills would... handle. Unfortunatly when went to pay and pick up vehicle Mills refused to do title and said I would need to do it myself since I was not financing. 2 weeks later still have not received forms from Mills to complete title process. I have purchased vehicles from Mills in past without having to do the title myself. Altho satisfied with vehicle, the titling issue and attitude left a lot to be desired.
I purchased the car from Mills Buick in willmar mn. Robert Ruter was an excellent sales person. Very informative and went the extra mile to find me a car.... I am very satisfied with the vehicle.

I had called to see if they could work with me on the price, the man I talked to didn't treat me like an adult and said he would check with his manager... and get back to me but he never called back. Very disappointed.

We have always been really satisfied with the staff at Mills! Everyone is friendly and helpful, and we feel very comfortable when we come in the door,... whether we have 'business" to take care of, or if we are just "shopping around" to look at the vehicles on display. The service is always efficient and business-like. My husband bought a new Nissan Pathfinder last year, but, this summer, I was in the market for a new car as well. I am, I know, a fussy old lady, as I wanted a particular Toyota model...and a specific color, too. Lon Holien was super patient with me, and never made me feel like I was being too picky...even though my husband says I was "a pain". Lon had to contact several other dealers to find the car I wanted, but he kept at it until he located it, and it didn't take long at all! When we picked up my car, Lon was very patient as he explained all of the knobs and buttons...lots of "bells and whistles". He said I could come back any day to get a refresher, if I had additional questions. As a former teacher, I would say that Lon is also a good and thorough "teacher". When it came time to settle the bill, Adam was also friendly and efficient, He explained my payment options very carefully, and just a few MINUTES later, we were on our way with my new "Hot Lava Rav4"! My old lady friends are now anxiously waiting to take a road trip in my new "ride"!
