Audi Colorado Springs

Everyone at the Phil Long dealership has always been very nice and very helpful when I come in for service. My car runs fine now, but every time I start it up, it has a new sound in the engine. For about 30 seconds, it sounds like you're standing next to a waterfall. Never heard it sound like that before, not sure if I should be concerned.

Great customer service except you never have a loaner car available like you said you would when I bought the car.

picked up the Shelby on 4/12/23...detailing was very nice. there is an issue with the PSI gauge not working, it does not register at all. i realize it is a used vehicle being close to a classic that's why i bought it and i realize you will not repaired it. On the positive side Braylon is a very nice young man, polite and helpful. The negotiation process went well and timely, after that it became quite a long process, the facility itself is very nice.....thanks Ernesto Candelaria

Great customer service, first time owning an Audi, took it in for a service, thinking I needed one. Dave explained that my car will tell me when I need one, which I had no idea. But they checked everything for me and was off on my way!

Price gouging at its best. $600 foran alignment. Plus $75.00 for shop supplies. What shop supplies do you use for an alignment? They didn’teven wash my car!
