Auto Junction Benz & Beemers

I have bought 2 vehicles now from Auto Junction! They went out of their way both times to get me qualified! They are very professional and friendly! Their cars are very nice and have a lot of inventory to pick from! I have recommended a lot of friends and family to this dealership!

My experience was the best at Auto Junction Benz & Beemers. These gentlemen have a wide range of used luxury cars in great condition, they do not sell crap use cars. Not only did I trade in my car for a fair price but the process was comfortable and there was NO PRESSURE, JUST GOOD HONEST BUSINESS! Alex is great, he has no filter and that is what you want! I still can't believe all the effort he put in to helping me with my deal. I was so used to shady big dealership salesmen, that I asked so many questions. Alex was patient and answered ALL my questions. He will not tell you jive to sell you a car. My car buying experience went very smoothly, and they got me in and out of there in no time. Everyone is extremely friendly, and knowledgable. It seems as though there are some online shoppers out there that dont care for auto junction. I have had nothing but great experiences with Alex and the team. When I first entered the lot I was amazed at the quantity of premium vehicles. I was greeted by Christian who was very nonchalant about the entire process. He was more interested in my interests and likes/ dislikes rather than trying to push anything on me. After a few test drives and some further discussion, he found me the perfect car. I was instantly in love. It was more than I anticipated spending, but I met with Alex to make things work out. He spent hours and hours playing with the numbers and contacting different banks just to make sure I was happy with the outcome and that he felt I wasn't getting ripped off. Six months later the car is going strong, sounding tough as ever. I told him the day I walked away with my 645Ci that he would be the only dealer I will use. So, I decided that I wanted to add to my collection, called up Alex and let him know I wanted an X5 for my fiancee. He told me to come on down and take out whatever you want. Well, she fell in love with a 2007 Si with a third row and blah blah blah everything else. But her credit was less than amazing. We were having trouble financing? weeks? worth of trouble. But Alex knew he could get it done for us. While we were in possession of the car he work endlessly to make things meet. He knew we loved it and couldn?t let it go. So he dug deep and found a way to make it happen, reasonably. He fought for us to get an interest rate almost half of what the banks would allow. Good guy all around. Christian is spot on with his car knowledge and will make sure that you find exactly what you are looking for, while giving solid advice on features and upgrades and car condition. He goes the extra mile. Hadi makes all the paperwork happen. All the important forms he makes as easy as possible to complete and does most of the work himself. He seems to match just how happy the clients are while still joking around. Super efficient, super knowledgeable, great guy. Jena works the front desk and she is always on top of her game. I think she knows us just by the sound of our voice at this point. Anything you need, as trivial as it may seem, she is on top of it. The more you get to know the guys at AJ you realize that they do genuinely care about you, the customer. They want what is best for you. No hard sales, no soft sales, just getting to know the customer and build a relationship. For me, there is nothing more I can ask for. I won?t let anyone I know buy from anywhere else than Auto Junction. You will be well taken care of there.

I am extremely happy with the vehicle I purchased from Auto Junction. My first impression was one of respect when Christian spent at least 20 minutes talking to my 12 year old son, who is quite the car enthusiast, about the car we did end up purchasing. I truly appreciated Christian including my son in this experience. I also was impressed with the extremely quick and easy loan process that Alex provided, as well as the quick and responsive communication throughout the process. There were a couple of repairs that needed to be made after I bought the vehicle, but it was handled with quickly and efficiently with no out of pocket cost to myself. The entire staff was polite and assisted in answering all of my questions, as this was my first time buying an exotic car. I will defiantly come back to auto junction for my next vehicle. Here's the bottom line - buy a car from Alex. He is the best guy I have bought a car from in 40 years. Period. He's honest, knowledgeable, and an absolute gentleman. My Maserati is awesome, he has already gone above and beyond in honoring the deal, and he takes care of everything. I told him what I'm telling you - I intend to buy all my cars from Auction Junction.

I would for sure buy another car from these guys! They are upfront with everything, very honest. The warranty is a very nice feature. They go the extra mile to make sure you are taken care of. Thank you very much!!!!

My husband and I both spoke with Chris about a 2008 clk this dealer had advertised. We confirmed the price and scheduled a test drive. Went for the test drive. Upon returning to the dealership we were advised the vehicle would be $3,000 more than the agreed upon price. Chris advised that while we were driving the vehicle he had gone online and increased the price by $3,000. We were totally shocked and couldn't believe they would do business in this manner . We voiced our concern to Chris. A few minutes later we received a call from the owner stating he would honor the quoted price and asked that we give him a call back the following day after 530 pm. We called as be had requested. He advised he needed to speak with the previous owner because the payoff was incorrect. Chris had previously advised they had the vehicle on the lot for more than a month and a half, yet the owner of the lot was telling us he just took the car on trade the previous Saturday and hadn't confirmed the numbers. This couldn't possibly be true since the vehicle was advertised the prior week (prior to Saturday). Anyhow the dealer owner discussed with us again and asked that we give him an opportunity to work things out and he would call and text on Monday afternoon. That was two weeks ago. No response nor returned calls. I would definitely be cautious when dealing with these guys. They have not shown nor proven themselves to be honorable and trustworthy.

My husband and I purchased a BMW from Auto Junction a few months ago. We got a great price on the car but what was better was the great customer service we received. The one thing I really appreciated about doing business with Auto Junction was their honesty and integrity. You don't find that at many dealerships anymore. We purchased our car towards the end of the day and the navigation disk needed to be ordered. There was also a minor repair needed on the steering column. We were promised that it would all be taken care of... and it was! I would recommend everyone purchase from Auto Junction!
