They sold me a car with blown head gasket bring your mechanic with you if y’all going to buy there they will tell you what you want to here I brought it to their attention that the car is smoking they said its a new car and it’s getting cold took it to a mechanic and they said it’s the head gasket they don’t check the cars they buy

Let me start off by saying it was one of the worst used

Let me start off by saying it was one of the worst used car buying experiences I’ve had. To be fair everything started out fine. They were more than eager and willing to help but unfortunately that was all just an act because after the sale forget it, they did not want to help one bit. First of all, it was a 2 Hour Drive to the dealership after arriving home from buying the car, I noticed the sunshade inside the car for the sunroof was missing. I immediately called back to let them know that The sunshade was missing. I asked him if this would’ve been covered under warranty he immediately says no they absolutely will not cover that under warranty. I figured I would let that slide and fix that myself. Hoping that that was going to be the only problem, but it was not the only problem. I also discovered that half of the touchscreen for the in dash Navigation system and other features was not working. I called back and asked if that would be under warranty. He immediately said no that is not a warranty item. I do not understand if you have missing parts and things not performing the way they should how that would not have been under warranty. I have only had the car for less than two weeks and I already have repair bills totaling over $3000. I am not sure how anyone would think that was acceptable. I believe Riverfront auto sales is shady. untrustworthy And flat out they do not care about after sales service. They only care about how much money they can make off the customer. In my opinion, that is a very poor business practice.

Let me start off by saying it was one of the worst used car buying experiences I’ve had. To be fair everything started out fine. Amazing.

Amazing..!!! The easier car shopping experience ever. This car dealership is a fantasy made reality. Their level of professionalism and customer care is OUTSTANDING!! My shopping free of stress experience when easy and quick. —NO GIMMICKS OR SHADY PRACTICES— I shopped around at a few other dealership and when I made “ Jimmy” I knew I was in the right car dealership, not only he make me feel comfortable but had the best cars selection at a great price with an unbeatable 100% financial approval and the best car warranty in today’s market. I left so happy with my purchase, that I will continue mentioning to anyone that need to buy a car. It is my promise to my self in the future to acquire all my vehicles from “ River Front Auto Sale” Thank you Jimmy and Thank you Dane you guys are a God send team in the dealership industry..

I bought a 2015 GMC Acadia from them.

I bought a 2015 GMC Acadia from them..they are great at selling you a car but thats all. i told them immediately that the front end was vibrating..took it back they said the tires needed balancing ..ok..that didnt work...it was a 1000.00 strut replacement job. Jim admitted that the struts should have been replaced prior to sale.. the dmv requires the vehicle to be safe to drive...wasnt. they refuse to do anything about it..rip offs and con artists in my book

Very Satisfied customer

Oh My God this place is amazing I went there to look at used cars to buy knowing i would never get approved but kept looking anyways and I couldn't tell the old from the new ones this place is so professional & so clean they really take time and what they do and they really love what they do & it shows in their cars and the dealer Brian was fantastic very friendly very nice very helpful & I have horrible credit but some how they worked their magic & now iam driving a Beautiful Chevy Cruse. Thank u Brian & ur team at River Front Auto for making my dream come true. Iam so happy & Thankfull & feel so Blessed.🤩🥰

Buyer Beware

Sold a friend a $hitty car and they don’t want to correct their faults. Remember that these dealerships are recovering from a financial loss from the pandemic so it’s not about the customer right now it’s about money!!!
