If I could leave 0 stars I would. I bought a car online from this dealership, was told it was in perfect road worthy condition. I had the car delivered to me a month ago, and it still has not moved from my driveway. They sold me a car that has 4 dry rotted tires, over 10 years old each, no working reverse lights, a major electrical issue that the power seats and climate control don't work. The new battery I had installed does not hold a charge. The alternator winds too high and is not seated correctly, the fuse box gets upwards of 220 degrees. I won't run it because I am afraid of a fire starting. The list goes on and on. I had the car towed to a specialist (more $ out of my pocket) to check it out. They raised all the same concerns I had and said it is not safe in its current condition and will need upwards of $5k, probably more to fix all the issues. They even took my sales tax money, saying they had a third party registering my car. Well, the car is not safe for the roads, so it can't be registered, but they have my sales tax money still. It would never pass inspection. I was looking for a weekend driver to take to car shows and I got a total lemon! This dealership refuses to do anything, stating "I have buyers remorse!!!!!!" Are you kidding me? I was looking for this style car for over three years. I wasn't looking for a car that needs tons of work or I would not have bought it. Now I am forced to get a NY Attorney, get the NY Attorney General as well as the NY DMV involved. I did hire a third party to check out the car. He apparently doesn't know a lot about these sports cars, because he seemed to just look at cosmetics, not electrical or reverse lights or dry rotted tires (I could go on). I will be looking at this company next. Yes, the car looks nice, but OMG, what a mechanical, electrical mess!! A lot of my wasted time on this. I just wanted my money back, but now since it looks like this dealership doesn't care, I will be looking for a lot more than just that. Yes, I have learned my lesson. Due to this awful experience, I will never make a large purchase like this online again. Stay away from this dealership. It seems they don't care too much about the online customer. Writing this to hopefully help anybody thinking of buying online from these rip off professional's.

They sold me a car with blown head gasket bring your mechanic with you if y’all going to buy there they will tell you what you want to here I brought it to their attention that the car is smoking they said its a new car and it’s getting cold took it to a mechanic and they said it’s the head gasket they don’t check the cars they buy

Let me start off by saying it was one of the worst used car buying experiences I’ve had. To be fair everything started out fine. They were more than eager and willing to help but unfortunately that was all just an act because after the sale forget it, they did not want to help one bit. First of all, it was a 2 Hour Drive to the dealership after arriving home from buying the car, I noticed the sunshade inside the car for the sunroof was missing. I immediately called back to let them know that The sunshade was missing. I asked him if this would’ve been covered under warranty he immediately says no they absolutely will not cover that under warranty. I figured I would let that slide and fix that myself. Hoping that that was going to be the only problem, but it was not the only problem. I also discovered that half of the touchscreen for the in dash Navigation system and other features was not working. I called back and asked if that would be under warranty. He immediately said no that is not a warranty item. I do not understand if you have missing parts and things not performing the way they should how that would not have been under warranty. I have only had the car for less than two weeks and I already have repair bills totaling over $3000. I am not sure how anyone would think that was acceptable. I believe Riverfront auto sales is shady. untrustworthy And flat out they do not care about after sales service. They only care about how much money they can make off the customer. In my opinion, that is a very poor business practice.

Amazing..!!! The easier car shopping experience ever. This car dealership is a fantasy made reality. Their level of professionalism and customer care is OUTSTANDING!! My shopping free of stress experience when easy and quick. —NO GIMMICKS OR SHADY PRACTICES— I shopped around at a few other dealership and when I made “ Jimmy” I knew I was in the right car dealership, not only he make me feel comfortable but had the best cars selection at a great price with an unbeatable 100% financial approval and the best car warranty in today’s market. I left so happy with my purchase, that I will continue mentioning to anyone that need to buy a car. It is my promise to my self in the future to acquire all my vehicles from “ River Front Auto Sale” Thank you Jimmy and Thank you Dane you guys are a God send team in the dealership industry..

I bought a 2015 GMC Acadia from them..they are great at selling you a car but thats all. i told them immediately that the front end was vibrating..took it back they said the tires needed balancing ..ok..that didnt work...it was a 1000.00 strut replacement job. Jim admitted that the struts should have been replaced prior to sale.. the dmv requires the vehicle to be safe to drive...wasnt. they refuse to do anything about it..rip offs and con artists in my book

Oh My God this place is amazing I went there to look at used cars to buy knowing i would never get approved but kept looking anyways and I couldn't tell the old from the new ones this place is so professional & so clean they really take time and what they do and they really love what they do & it shows in their cars and the dealer Brian was fantastic very friendly very nice very helpful & I have horrible credit but some how they worked their magic & now iam driving a Beautiful Chevy Cruse. Thank u Brian & ur team at River Front Auto for making my dream come true. Iam so happy & Thankfull & feel so Blessed.🤩🥰

Sold a friend a $hitty car and they don’t want to correct their faults. Remember that these dealerships are recovering from a financial loss from the pandemic so it’s not about the customer right now it’s about money!!!

We shopped for a used car and had trouble getting financing at other places. Riverfront was able to help us out. Got a great deal on a great car. Very very pleased.
