First of all, he’s very helpful, patient, and any question that you have he takes his time to explain the things that one doesn’t understand. Overall it was a good experience.

Brianna contacted me following an internet inquiry about used Forresters. We exchanged several texts about available cars, including a loaded low-mileage 2019 Crosstrek service loaner that sounded very interesting. For a small refundable deposit, Brianna put a hold on the Crosstrek until we could get to the dealership on Saturday. Brianna made it very easy for us to test drive the Crosstrek and a used 2019 Forrester for comparison. While explaining our options, Brianna was never pushy about selling us add-ons. Similarly, Linda Martinez provided us with a first... a perfectly pleasant time with the finance department. When Linda finished with us, Brianna spent a long time with us demonstrating exactly how to operate all of the car's features. This was absolutely our best car buying experience ever, and I expect to be back when we're ready to replace my wife's car in the near future. Hopefully, Brianna will still be at Grand Subaru.

Jeff found the right vehicle for us in Michigan.. He knows the products and worked very hard to give us the fair and best price without overselling the other services available. If we had more time I think we would ordered the vehicle and avoided a couple add-ons that came with the Forester Premium. We are slowly learning more about the features and will come in for some training soon.

From the beginning to the end, the service was smooth and excellent. We could get a vey nice car (Outback) with almost no waiting time. We are happy to have bought the car at Grand Subaru.
