I had just moved to Branson and needed to buy a car.

I had just moved to Branson and needed to buy a car. Jamie Hathcock Auto Group had the one I was looking for. I reached out online to see if it was still available. Noah contacted me and told me it was. He wasn’t pushy, but answered all my questions for a couple of days before I could make it to Springfield for a test drive. When I made it to the dealership, the car was pulled out to the front, ready for me to look at and to test drive. Noah was very professional & kind! He was at no time pushing a sale. Everything about the buying process went well! I would highly recommend the team at Jamie Hathcock Auto! Noah, Nathan and Jamie made me feel at ease and were very friendly & genuine. They told me to contact them if I needed anything. Overall it was a great experience!

I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for

I would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a used vehicle! Noah took good care of us, was not pushy at all, which was an issue I ran into with a lot of dealerships. They answered all of our questions and concerns and were so helpful through the whole process. Bought a 2017 Hyundai Veloster. Car had a starter issue that had gone unnoticed. I signed the contract stating I bought it “as is” and they had no obligation to help us out at all, but they not only apologized profusely, they completely covered the mechanic cost to replace the starter and fuse, out of their own pocket- we didn’t have to pay a thing. They absolutely did not have to but we were so so appreciative. Jamie himself came out and talked to my grandma, offering to “make things right” and was so kind. We’ll definitely be returning when we’re in the market for another vehicle. Highly recommend!

Great dealership

AWFUL EXPERIENCE

We were sold a truck and the check engine light came on within 24 hours took it to have it diagnosed and the oil pump and timing belt code came back. Tried calling and texting no answer. Took the truck back and when counted the 8000 we put down on a 29,000 truck Nathan said oh yes make sure we aren’t stealing from you. He counted the 8000 when we gave it to him for the down payment. Very rude!!! We did find the perfect truck at another car lot. Car lots like this Nathan runs is why small car lots have bad names. Awful experience

Best Car Buying E peri eve We’ve Had

Wow! Everybody here was so friendly and helpful! As soon as we pulled up we were greeted by Owen and he listened to everything we were needing. We had just left another dealership (Napleton Autowerks and their reaction to what we needed was “that’s hard to do.”) Well, Owen and Jamie’s (the mgr) attitude was let’s try! We had negative equity in our Acura and we were looking for a smaller car payment. They took the time to listen and made it happen! I left with a gorgeous Ford Fusion and a great feeling knowing there are still people in the car business that care!!!

Horrible experience

Went to look at a car and test drove it and heard a knocking noise. I spoke to the owner of the dealership and he assured me it wasn't anything to worry about. When i asked if i could take it to my mechanic he refused and said if i couldn't trust him he didn't need my business. Read lots of great reviews online but that was not my experience. Avoid this place like the plague.

amazing car buying experience

This is the second car we have bought from jamie hathcock and they have been amazing through the entire experience. they made everything so easy and worked very hard to get us the car we wanted at the payments we could afford. we highly recommend going to them for a car.
