At a scheduled appointment we were kept waiting until one of the greeters took us to the car. She did not know the car details at all, though not her fault... as not her job. The car was promised as washed and ready to go. It was filthy on the outside and a scratch by a door was not repaired. After the test drive we still did not meet a salesperson but were told the car was sold. What a waste of time. Nevertheless they had another trade in that we tried and did not like. We still had not met a salesperson. Finally said we were leaving and Willi finally came to greet us. At least he apologized for our inconvenience, though at this point who knows about anyones sincerity.Will not be heading back to this dealer again. This has left us with a sour taste about Mazda in general, besides a bad taste about this dealership.
We responded to an ad for a used Jeep that we were going to use to move our daughter and her things down to college. Our salesman, Marty Katz, showed it... to us, but we just didn't like it's looks or its condition. As opposed to getting discouraged, Marty just showed us other SUV's that he had in stock and kept it light and made it fun for us. Eventually he showed us a Lexus RX350 which turned out to be perfect for us. Thanks for the extra effort.

About a month ago I bought a Mazda CX-5 here at the dealership. I asked for mobile app remote start to be installed in the vehicle. The part and installation... was about $750, if I remember correctly. I made an appointment shortly after the purchase, brought the car in so they can install the part, and they installed the wrong one. First of they didn't even ask me if it was okay to install a completely different remote start in my vehicle. Second, the remote start doesn't even work. My office is 100ft away from my parked car, yet it still out of reach. This is why I asked specifically for the mobile app one. Even though I called multiple times and complained, they still don’t have the right part - their excuse is that it is on back order and they can’t give me an estimate on when they will have the part. My question is why are they offering services that they can’t provide?
I spent one hour on phone with Brando Oshano and knew that he was going to make my purchase of a new car a possibility. He worked with me diligently... and we made an appointment for the next morning. The car I wanted was washed and ready to inspect. After a little bit of negotiating, isn't that what buying a car is all about?, I pulled the trigger. I felt I was treated fairly and honestly by the dealership and got straight answers from Brando. He wanted to make a sale but he also wanted me to leave happy. He has followed up diligently and I look forward to seeing him again in the future.

He was very friendly, patient and made my... wife and I feel comfortable with the car and leasing process! I would highly recommend him to others. Very clean and comfortable dealership as well.
They sold me car without working heating. After complain they take car for two weeks and nobody contact with me with updates. I text several times to... salesman but he never give me updates finally when I call couple times to main number Patrick give me some updates. I got my car back, still no heat. Be aware don't buy cars from them.
