Spoke with Scott about a vehicle listed on their web

Spoke with Scott about a vehicle listed on their web site, we agreed to the price listed on the web site and doc fees of about $800.00. They sent me a link and requested a non refundable deposit but no purchase agreement. They finally sent me the purchase agreement and it was 10K more than the agreed price.

We understand that you agreed to a price with Scott and received a link for a non-refundable deposit, only to later find the purchase documents reflected a $10,000 increase. We apologize for this discrepancy and for any misunderstanding regarding additional warranties or services. Vehicles listed as Certified Pre-Owned should always reflect the advertised price unless modifications or add-ons are clearly communicated, and we regret that this did not happen. Great, so you are going to honor to your commitment and the price of $28,800.00, then we can move forward with the transaction? Again, I do not need transportation, I will pay the taxes when I register the vehicle and do not need any additional services as the vehicle is a certified preowned.

I leased my new 2025QX 80 from this dealership because

I leased my new 2025QX 80 from this dealership because they had the vehicle I wanted. Roger and Tom were great getting this lease done. This was the forth, QX80 I have leased,the first one from. This dealership. My first service was no problem,everything went well and service department did what was needed. To my problem with them. I live 200 miles from this dealership,so it's an overnight trip since I am 80 years old and doing it in one day is too much. When I bought the vehicle I was promised a full size spare should I have a flat tire. I did have a flat on my way back from phoenix. I found out at that time I DO NOT have a full size tire . I had to get the tire fixed at an infiniti dealer to keep my warranty valid,so I took it to Tucson Infiniti to be fixed and then took it home to have someone put it back on. Peoria infiniti has gotten all new people since I bought my vehicle and will not give me the spare tire I was promised. All since the tires are not wearing well,I feel I might need a whole new set of tires. When we talked the sales manager he was rude and not helpful at all. I have to drive back there,200 miles, for them to decide what they will do for me.

The dealers that i leased my first 3 QX80 s from did not have any issues about putting a full size tire in for a spare. When i leased my first vehicle, i had no idea about the spare. Infiniti in scottsdale had to send a truck to Grants,New Mexico to get us because we could not get back on the spare tire. I live in Safford and the closest infiniti dealer is in tucson . The tires that came on the vehicle are mediocre and i already had one go flat.. i just want to feel safe knowing i will have a real tire .

I was very impressed with the no haggle approach from this dealership. My daughter bought her first new car today and the team here was honest and attentive to our needs. Our salesman Ramon was kind and helped us get the deal we wanted. Once we made the deal, the finance guy was amazing and approached us with the same no haggle mindset and was very informative. As well as listened to our wants and needs. I would 100% buy from them again. Best experience ever!

We had an AMAZING experience at this Infiniti Dealership.

We had an AMAZING experience at this Infiniti Dealership. ROGER WALES. manager, was GREAT work with. Savannah greeted us at the door of the dealership, with a genuine smile and helpful nature. She was just a delightful young woman. (It was so nice not to be attcked in the parking lot by smarmy sales people, trying to grab you before you even get out of your car.) It was all so low key and relaxing. Savannah guided us to Roger and we chatted a bit. He was so warm and personable. Roger introduced us to Charles, who was equally charming. He showed us a couple of cars and mom who found the perfect pre-owned Infiniti. Just what she was looking for. Test drove it agreed on a price and boom, mom had her her. We were almost sad to leave, because it was such a GREAT experience. I know that sounds crazy, but truly, it was a wonderful experience. Someone else we would like to give a shoutout to for being so helpful also, is Velma. She was so very helpful, kind and caring towards my mom. What a gem this dealership has in her. She's a keeper. that's for sure. In conclusion, if you are looking for a new or pre-owned car, RUN, don't walk, to Infiniti in Peoria and thank me later.

Sales manager Brian and Service manager Chris couldn't make executive decision to make this right and replace battery! Very disheartening. Really consider where you purchase your next vehicle.
