Consistently Great Service Experience

I drive a nearly mint 2010 Infiniti G37 convertible and I'm 100% satisfied with the service department at Infiniti of Peoria. My service advisor, Josh Gaffney, is a total pro who keeps me informed and works with the service techs to ensure that all repairs and/or maintenance items are performed correctly. Service work is done promptly and there is never an effort to recommend unneeded items. In fact, the service team will often address additional minor items without "nickel & diming" me on cost.

Stan was great! My experience was quick and easy, he ensured all of my needs were met and he even stayed late last minute to close the sale. My process literally took less than a day, my critique on the dealership itself would be to ensure that the vehicle leaving has a full tank of gas and topped off on fluids. I put down money and had to immediately get gas and fluids for the vehicle the next day. My finance rep was decent, beside him rushing through the paperwork, I actually almost changed my mind at that point as this was the most important part to ensure I did not miss anything in the paperwork. If it wasn't for Stan I would have canceled the whole process at the finance.

Stanley was great to work with. He was very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and patient. Never once did we feel pressured or confused. He took his time to make sure all our questions were answered and stayed with us 3 hours after the dealership closed until the deal was finalized. This was by far the best car buying experience this far. In fact we had such a pleasant and positive experience we have referred family and friends to him and are currently working with him on a 2nd potential purchase. Whether you buy a car or not you will leave knowing what the car buying experience should be. He sets the bar high for his profession.
