Great service in conway

I don't know if they recalibrated my computer to my tires when they rotated them. I forgot to ask. They didn't do it last time and I had to have someone else reset them with the right tire.

Nice Facilities, Good Service, High Cost

I brought my 2013 Avalanche in for an oil change and multi point inspection. As for the service assistant, she was great. She took the information on I service I needed and arranged a ride for me to be taken to work. She called when the service was completed on my truck. She also arranged for someone to pick up and take me back to the dealership. When I was told the total for the service I was a little shocked of the price. Why would I pay $25 dollars more at the minimum when I can get the same service across town? Plus they offer discount coupons for oil changes and percentages off for other services. After I purchased this truck from you all, I tried the service department once again. I chose to take my business elsewhere a few years back because it was such a hassle to get the work done. I had thought about changing my other 2 GM pickups service with you all, but will not at that price. I will continue to use the dealership across town for my auto service need. I would like to thank you all for your time.

2014 Chevy Silverado

Found the exact make and model that I was looking for on cars.com. Made a call to Superior Chevrolet in Conway, Arkansas and in two days bought the truck that I wanted. No hassle, no fuss. Special thanks to Robert Wilcox for his excellent customer service and honest dealing. I highly recommend Superior Chevrolet.

Horrible!!!!

If I could give no stars I would! The salesman and the owner are liars! They go back on their word and are just down right horrible! Would not recommend this dealership to anyone!!!

Bad experience

I purchased a truck from Superior back in May. It took over 3 months to get my title and paper work so I could pay my sales tax. Danny Molina was my sales person. I tried calling numerous times and could never get a straight answer on my paper work. I lived over 2 hours away from the dealership and had to make at least 4 trips back just to check on the progress before anyone. When I was finally able to talk to a manager he was rude and disinterested. I would not recommend buying from Superior Chevrolet.

Great experience! We really enjoyed working with Mr. Reynolds. He went above and beyond, very helpful and great customer service! Thank you for making sure we were comfortable and satisfied during our visit.

Good Service - No Pressure

The service was good, as always. I didn't feel pressured to have "extra" services performed, and felt confident that the work that was done, was correctly done. I also like the coffee machine in the waiting area. I missed seeing the Service Advisor who used to be there on Saturday (Adrienne, I think).

ASTONISHED AND THANKFUL!

The service dept was awesome! I forgot my purse when I came in for my oil change... they placed their trust in me and went ahead and did the oil change and said to come back when I could...THANK YOU!!! My "to do" list was crazy that day. Had they not done the change right then, it would have put me 2 hrs behind schedule and resulting in things not getting done. I don't have time for "time lost" and appreciate everything the Chevrolet team did for me to accommodate me in the best way possible! P.S. Really enjoyed the fresh coffee choices too!
