The dealership advertised a price for the car we were looking for. We made an appointment and came to drive the car. After coming home that evening, emailed... the sales person with some questions. We received no email back. So, we called and left messages because he was never available. They then raised the price on the car over $2000. The deanship would not return our calls. We finally got ahold of the sales manager and he said he would look into it and call us back. He never did. We called the following day and were told the car was sold. Very unprofessional staff, and obviously not concerned with their customers satisfaction. I do not recommend dealing with this dealership.

I know the cars dealers worst fear! Lack of professionalism, hidden info, rude or un existing customer service , over value prices in almost vehicles!... Inability to negotiate a fair shipment of cars to other states, rude also when it comes to serving people! all this during the pandemic, would you come to this place even in normal times? clearly not! Do yourself a favor and avoid this underfed shark tank at all cost.... Almost forgot : they also avoid clients with their own financing because they cannot make money from the cars behind wall financing!!!

Let me just say, I absolutely LOVE my new car. I walked into the store not even thinking I could afford a brand new car. I ended up getting a great trade... in price for my old vechical and a better interest rate than everywhere else I looked. This staff goes OUT OF THEIR WAY to get your the BEST deal. at the BEST price, for YOUR budget. Not once was I pressured into getting something I couldn't afford. My car sales man Shady Kay was an absolute DREAM to work with. And the financial director DEVON made it happen for me. I enjoyed every second I was there. It was a relaxing process and environment in everyday. I love my car and the smooth ride I get to enjoy. I am so so so thankful that I decided to go to Hayley Toyota of Richmond and saw Shady. If I could put 10 stars I would. Huge shoutout to the team and thanks again for everything.

This was my first time buying a car from a dealership. Brandon L. was the one who helped me with the entire process. He was very enthusiastic, determined,... and very descriptive. From the cars condition, to the price, the warranty, paperwork, & making sure I left a happy customer. Took me in without an appt., when I found out that a part had to be ordered Which I did., he set me up with a day to come back, called me that same day... and said they had the part could I come on over?
