Why can't I give a ZERO!

Why can't I give a ZERO! Stay away from these people. It sure seems like they employ bate and switch tactics, but I really couldn't say. I set up an appointment for some tires via their web site and a 55,000 miles checkup. I selected tires from those they said were available and would fit my vehicle - 2017 Camry. I later received a call saying they did not have the tires. I went in for the maintenance and they said they DID have the tires. I said put them on. Much later, they came back and said the tires don't fit and I'd have to pay for them because "I ordered" them, (on their recommendation). However, if I paid for a cheaper set of tires, they'd forgo the $1000 charge for the tires that didn't fit. By the way, there were two charges on my bill they didn't tell me about which totaled $101.99. (They charge a seperate fee for data collection!) I strongly recommend you look elsewhere.

I would like to thank Jerry Royall, Chad Dutrow, Haley Ford Body Shop, and yours truly DOUG PATTERSON. After talking to each one of you concerning the paint chipping on my 2024 Rav4 front bumper. I was confident that it would be done professionally. DOUG PATTERSON service manager is the BEST. He is helpful, patient and very knowledgeable about his job! Keep up the EXCELLENT work 👏

Best service department ever.

Best service department ever. Friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Doug Patterson has a great crew. The cashiers are friendly too. They really worked with me to fix my car and set me up with a rent a car. Thank you all, it is a great team

Ms Futrell was thorough and approachable.

Ms Futrell was thorough and approachable. She kept us apprised during the entire process and answered all emails in a timely fashion. She was well-versed on the features of the Crown Signia and quickly found answers to more difficult questions. I would strongly recommend as a salesperson!

I was disappointed because the sales person did not

I was disappointed because the sales person did not inform me that the 2023 Rav4 I purchased in June 2024 is not Certified! Now, I'm having problems and the sales manager was supposed to have the general manager call me. Now, two weeks later and still no call, no response. Buyer beware!!! I'm thinking of getting rid of this car and would advise caution if you do go to Haley. I liked the car initially but am very disappointed in the sales department-service at Haley is great which is why I gave 2 stars.

Again, Haley Toyota disappoints me. I have to wait two weeks for a generic reply. I will be sure to reach out to Chad, your general sales manager since he can't be bothered to reach out to a dissatisfied customer.

We walked the lot on a Sunday not realizing the

We walked the lot on a Sunday not realizing the dealership was open. Siroos Tale, sales consultant, inquired if he could be of assistance. Half hour later we conclude a purchase of a new Tacoma. The whole process was the easiest and most positive experience I’ve ever had in 50 plus years of driving. The staff treated us like family in every way. My son is about to look for a RAV4 - I definitely recommended this dealership. Best in Richmond. Well done.

Haley was exceptional in helping me get the Camry XSE.

Haley was exceptional in helping me get the Camry XSE. I am deaf and but they helped me through the process. Buying a car is a huge issue but Haley Toyota really helped me with most everything. I can't express how happy I am with my new Camry. It's really great to have a group working together to help me with getting the best price and getting insurance and everything else. I would Highly recommend this dealership to anyone else. Thanks very much to Nat, my salesman and the others that were involved in the process. Didn't really take too much time to get everything done and I was driving. My suggestion to anyone who needs a new car: GO TO HALEY TOYOTA FOR YOUR BEST DEAL!
