I recommend this dealership. My car was repaired in a timely manner and I was given a loaner, plus my car was returned clean. Stacy my service consultant and the loaner rep were both friendly and professional. Stacy also kept in touch with me throughout the process. Yes I recommend BMW of Riverside. They've had my car for a month now.
They've had my car for a month now. I still have no idea when it will be repaired nor what the damage is. The excuse for this is going to be that the collision center is separate from the dealership, but the attitude of "It's not my problem" when you don't have your car is insulting. As for the service department, they took two weeks to get a new actuator in for my driver's side door. The door does once again lock and unlock, but now the window thunks when it rolls down. It's easy to give a good review when there's nothing wrong with your car or when you've just bought the car you've wanted. However, the rubber hits the road when things are less than perfect. "I don't know. You need to ask someone else" says everything that needs to be said about this dealership, its service department, and its affiliated collision center.
