I normally dont leave reviews however after my experience I had to make sure that my voice is heard. Wael is the man you need to see if you come to this dealership. I would recommend that you ask for this man if you want to buy a car. He has went above and beyond for me every single time. Thank you Wael for everything.

DMV required me to bring auto in for a recall correction

DMV required me to bring auto in for a recall correction called out on license renewal registration. The appointment was established/processed in a proper Manner. The work was performed in an effective timely way- I was delighted and pleased with the entire experience… service was first rate indeed.

The reception and check in for my car was handled

The reception and check in for my car was handled promptly and courteously by Sergio. The dealership is always clean and sparkling, and I appreciate the coffee machine as well. Sergio did an excellent job keeping me posted on the status of my car. Unfortunately. a part was unable to be located initially for the repair of my AC. Sergio stayed on the task of finding that part. I was thankful to have a loaner car during the time my car was at the dealership. I always appreciate this feature and it’s great to drive a different BMW than my X5 for a change of pace. I have bought five BMWs at this dealership and find the sales staff in incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and enjoy the relationship with the people there
