They are professional, friendly, knowledgeable and excellent all around. They addressed all our questions and concerns and had the exact vehicle we wanted in their inventory. They gave us the best price and a fair price for our trade in. This was a smooth process and we couldn't be happier. We came all the way from NYC (4 hours round trip) and they made sure we were ready to hit the road. Highly Recommended!

Test drove a couple of cars from the used inventory. Mr. Lichtenstein was informative, patient and all around helpful. If we were to purchase a car from Lexus of Chester Springs I would only ask to work with him.

Jeremy was fantastic to work with. Very knowledgeable about the vehicles and took the time to understand what i really needed in terms of options. And then was very patient as i tried to decide which NX to choose. He went the extra mile in calling my insurance company the next day and even retrieved something I left in my trade
