I waited a solid 3 weeks before deciding to post this negative review. I'm not sure where all of the 4 and 5 star ratings are coming from, but I would... recommend for you to read the 1 star ratings, like mine. I was here with my girlfriend shopping for Jeeps and decided to come here because of the close proximity and their inventory. I don't recognize any of the sales people in the 4 and 5 star reviews, but we worked with 2 sales people and the sales manager, who were both terrible. Not only did the NOT know the vehicles and the features, during the test drive, they didn't bother explaining any of the features, probably because they didn't know them and left it to us to figure it out and figure what features were actually on the vehicle. While looking at different models of the Jeep Grand Cherokee, the sales person consistently listed off features that were not on the vehicle, and we were left to double check if what he was saying was in fact true. They were extremely condescending towards us and extremely rude, at times insulting us, standing up threateningly as well as banging their fist on their desk in an aggressive manner. Their "negotiating" as I walked over once when I heard the fist banging was them standing around NOT negotiating and just chatting amongst themselves to give the illusion that they were actually doing something. I e-mailed the General Manager twice over the course of 3 weeks after our experience to give him the opportunity to hear about our experience and possibly apologize or rectify the issues we had, but have not heard anything back. I even held off on posting any of our poor experiences online, but since I have not heard back in a few weeks after reaching out, here I am beginning my posting. It shouldn't surprise me that I haven't heard back as the employees are generally a reflection of the leadership of the store. They are lucky that Jeep has a solid brand and following, which is probably the only reason they have any sales, but if you want to do yourself a favor, read through the 1 star reviews, you'll see that most of them say the same thing and have the same poor experience. I'm guessing the 4 and 5 star reviews are all people who either are friends with people who work there, actually work there or just went in and knew exactly what they wanted and left with minimal negotiating. Avoid this dealership like the plague. They have no accountability and extremely poor customer service.
We bought our 2014 Dodge Charger from the Irvine dealership and had a great experience!! So we weren't surprised that Jeff in the service department in... Tustin takes customer service to a superior level...his help was far above outstanding. Jeff is definitely an added asset to the Tuttle Click dealership!!
Tuttle-Click has serviced my vehicle since 2007. My service advisor, Mo, is always professional and tells me what I need to know, not what I want to hear.... The service is always timely and my vehicle is returned in a clean condition; inside and out. Always a pleasure to do business w/them.
Our salesperson, Tony, greeted us in a friendly manner and was not pushy at all. He answered our questions knowledgeably, showed us many features and benefits,... and offered a test drive. We decided to purchase our Jeep and Tony's demeanor contributed to our decision. He rolled with the objections and worked hard on our behalf. In fact, as paperwork was being completed, we were treated to a delicious Persian lunch. It seemed he genuinely cared and bent over backwards to keep us happy. We are now a loyal customer.
I hate this place because they had not fixed the problem with my brakes. This had happened twice so I don't recommend coming here. The only part that is... good is how friendly and kind the sales department is.
Eric in service is always responsive, capable, and honest. My Jeep Grand Cherokee is nearing 90,000 miles by getting regularly scheduled services, no... major problems so far.
Service was outstanding. Wait time for and cost of service was less than expected. Car wash was an added bonus.
Julie (my wife who drives the car and gets service at your dealership) is recognized when she arrives. Service is completed quickly and she feels great... rapport with one customer-service-oriented staff member in particular: ERIC HALVERSON. She thinks VERY highly of him.
I spoke with 3 different dealerships and a couple on-line. Eddie was the only salesman who went to work to find me the car I wanted. Sales manager was... available on the floor and the finance process was smooth. Thank you.
Entire experience was awesome. From the moment I entered the dealership, the sense of ease and pressure free environment was noticeable. I cannot say... enough about my Sales guy Joe. He was awesome, understanding, pressure free, caring, knowledgeable, sensitive to our situation and very friendly. Already bought two cars from Tuttle Click, will be buying my next in the next month or two.
