Very easy process !

I recently purchased a Jeep Liberty for my grandson from Kris at Sensible Choice. When we arrived at the lot Kris introduced himself and gave us a short explanation of how the dealership worked and what we should do to find vehicles in our price range. He then proceeded to turn us loose on the lot to look at the huge selection of vehicles they had. He told us just to get him if we had any questions or he would just check in periodically to make sure we were good. My grandson found 2 vehicles he was interested in and Kris broke down the pros and cons of each. We test drove the Jeep and loved it so we told Kris we would take it. While we were at the desk paying I mentioned my grandson was going back to Texas as he was in the military. To my surprise Kris shook his hand thanked him for his service and proceeded to give us a couple hundred extra off the Jeep without hesitation. I felt that the overall experience was excellent and it's been a couple months and the Jeep is working out great.

Thanks! And again; thank you for your service!

Great everyday cash prices!

I have bought three cars so far for me and my wife. My mother has bought one, and between sisters and brother, we have bought eight so far. We will never go anywhere else. I have shopped many dealers and they all want ridiculous dealer fees and over charge for mediocre cars. John and crew have always treated us fairly and with respect. GREAT PEOPLE TO DO BUSINESS WITH!!

Very professional dealership

Very low key dealership that had no pressure at all. We showed up to look at several specific cars, the salesman, Frank, introduced himself, asked if we needed any help, gave us the keys to those cars and left us alone. He came back a few times to ask if we needed anything, offered us some drinks and went away again. We were allowed to go over the car with a fine tooth comb. I have a two page inspection sheet and this car sailed through it, I even removed the timing belt cover to inspect it. Frank loaned us a floor jack so I could get under the car (I had my own, but theirs was handy). He offered to hook a code reader up to check the computer as well. We were allowed to test drive the car as long as we desired with no question or ride along required. The car was a gem and from what I could see, most of the cars on the lot were just as nice. The few issues I found were quickly dealt with and corrected. We drove the car home. Now a few things to be aware of - the prices are pretty much non-negotiable. However the Autotrader prices are cheaper than the lot prices, so look online first. They do not take personal checks; they do take credit cards but you must pay the fees (3% Visa/MC and 3.75% for Amer Exp). This is still a used car lot, so be diligent and do your homework. however this is one of the best experiences I have had buying a used car. I will likely need another car in about a year for my son, I will definitely be going back to Sensible Choice.

Honesty is most Car Dealerships Policy

Most Car Dealerships are Fair and Honest. Not all, but Most.... In my opinion Sensible Choice Auto Choice Dealership is both fair and honest. The owner John Webster and his sales staff of Kris and Wayne are knowledgeable, courteous and professional. They make the buying processing a real pleasure with no added pressure to purchase cars from them. Car fax's or Auto check's documentations are readily available on cars in inventory. My experience in dealing with Sensible Choice Auto Sales has been extremely positive. Customers are encouraged to look around. If you see a vehicle you are interested in you can bring a mechanic on site for follow-up inspection. With that said, based on my experience I highly recommend Sensible Choice Auto Sales to anyone in the market for a good quality used car to check out this dealership. You will not regret your experience.

Best Experience with a dealership!!!!

After dealing with several typical salesman at other dealerships, Sensible Choice Auto was a breath of fresh air. The owner and the entire staff were straight shooters and very personable. None of the standard gimmics and tricks. I am extremely satisfied with the purchase and the experience over all.

Fair and Honest

These guys are great!! I went there to trade a 2003 Ford Ranger, drove it 200 miles to their dealership, and when we went to do the deal it would not run. Basically I was stuck with no ride unless I purchased the truck I went there for in the first place. I ended up getting the truck and leaving the 2003 Ranger at their mercy. Many dealers would have taken advantage of this situation but not them. John and Kris were great and had empathy for my situation. They made every effort to repair the Ranger after I left so we could come up with a fair trade value. They called me a couple days later and they got it running and made a very fair deal ... by phone ... It is refreshing to know there are still honest people out there in the used car business. This was a great experience all the way around and the next vehicle I need, I know the way to Sensible Choice. Thanks again to John and Kris.

Great Experience

I had a great experience here two years ago. Unlike the person above I like how they just give you the keys and let you check the car out. No pressure. John the owner is very hard working honest and you can tell he fixes all known issues before he puts them up for sell. GREAT JOB SENSIBLE....

Great dealership!

I have bought 2 cars from sensible choice and have had no problems with either. Furthermore when i wanted a new car i traded in my old car and john gave me more than my car was worth and also gave me a great deal on the new car because i was a returning customer. John was great and worked with me through the whole process finding a car i wanted immediately and working with me because i had financing.

DO NOT BUY FROM SENSIBLE CHOICE AUTO SALES!!!

This is not a hating type review. I personally feel disgusted after trying to work out a deal with Sensible Choice Auto Sales. I test drove one of their vehicles through Wayne and he was cool about it but his overall demeanor was that he could careless if I got the vehicle or not. He was more worried about sitting in the office room while I checked the car out. I had to go get him every time I had a question or wanted to negotiate on the car. The other person that works there, John, is even worse as a car salesman. He was rude and contacted me at midnight stating that he could not go any lower on the car. All I wanted was a $200 reduction in the price and he had a very bad attitude and kept telling me that if I really want that type of car, to just go find it somewhere else. He would give me deadlines to buy the car at his fixed price and laughed at my offers which overall were less than 1K from what the original price of the car that he was selling it at. I recommend to avoid his business at ALL COSTS! Thank you.

Dealer response

This is John Webster. We take our reviews seriously; but more importantly, our customer's satisfaction. I have never met Mr. Emersom Bielen. We did have several E-mail contacts. I did send him an E-mail after 11PM. I also worked him an incredible deal on a Nissan that we had in stock. I politely explained how we do business and that no further discount was available. Also I stated: "No harm, No foul, if you decide not to purchase."He then sent me E-mails calling me names and such. I explained that he should not behave this way; after all it is only a car deal here. He only got more angry because I could not sell the car at this price he was determined to pay. After more hate Emails from him I ceased contact. He informed me he would use the power of the internet against me and my company. Oh well, I am quite sorry for him, I wish him no ill will. I have conducted business in Longword for almost 20 years and have met just about all types of folks. We have an unspoken rule at our company; "treat others the way you would like to be treated". But it is a 2 way street. Sorry, Mr. Bielen.....
