My entire experience with this dealer was excellent. They were very easy to work with and I would use them again.

I just purchased a used SUV from DePere Auto and I could not be happier. Mike Jonet and Phil Fisette were Mexceeded my expectations. For 2 years I was researching online myself to find another vehicle, when I should have just called Mike. My mistake also was going to another big dealership in Green Bay and having a terrible experience with salespeople who literary had their feet up on the desks. Additionally I brought an SUV to DePere Auto from another dealership to have the Auto Technicians look at and give me their assessment. Matt was beyond helpful and saved me from buying a used vehicle that would have ended up being a complete headache in the long run. Matt was kind enough to give my number to Mike and in no time at all Mike called me so say he found a vehicle to meet my needs. What a wonderful, fun car buying experience. So all you single ladies out there or (divorced moms like myself) be careful out there and be smart. Please take my advise and just go to DePere Auto Sales, see Mike Jonet or Phil Fisette to find the car ,or SUV of your dreams like I did!

I have visited this dealer a few times in the past and every time I felt welcome and well informed. Mike Jonet has taken the time to go over many of the extras of each SUV with me. I had no idea what I wanted and he was patient with my many ?'s and let me test drive many different ones. I finally made a decision on a 2015 Kia Sorrento. I bought it last week and have been very happy with my purchase. Mike has taken the time to personally call me to find out how I liked my new purchase and if I had any ?'s. As a 22 year old male, I have saved my money for along time so I could get the right car for me. When I stopped at Depere Auto Center I was up in the air on what I wanted. Mike Jonet was patient and showed me many cars and taught me a lot of things to look for in my purchase. I left without a purchase. I continued to look around at many car lots and but I never got that honest/trustworthy feeling I got from Mike . So I returned to DePere auto center to look again. Mike had gotten in a Chevy Cruze and it was just what I was looking for. I bought it that day and I have been very happy with my purchase. I will be back there for all my cars in my future. Our old car broke down on Memorial Day. We had it towed to De Pere Auto and after they looked at it they gave us their honest opinion that they could fix the current problem but there were more issues waiting in the near future to happen and the expenses would surpass what the car was worth. They highly suggested that our money would be better spent in a down payment on a different vehicle and told us if we wanted to go that way to just take a walk across the parking lot and check out the cars they had to offer. We had never bought any vehicles from De Pere Auto but had heard many good things from co-workers and other people we knew. We saw a car we were interested in and called to make an appointment for a test drive with Mike. We drove the car we were interested in and found out that the car was not really right for us. We went back in and talked with Mike and instead of trying to change our mind about the car Mike actually listened to reasons why we didn't like the car and what kind of things we were looking for and came up with a suggestion of a car he had that would fit our needs. We had never thought of buying Buick and Mike said I know what you are thinking a Buick is for old people but you should give this Verano a try. He thought we would be pleasantly surprised with how it would fit what we were looking for and guess what....he was right! It drove with comfort and ease, was stylish, was backed by the manufacture warranty bumper to bumper for two more years and fit in the price range we were looking for. Mike even offered to take the stress of disposing our car away by letting them take care of it and offered us a fair trade in value for a broken car. We loved that De Pere Auto's prices on the car was one where we didn't have to haggle and wasn't a gimmick discount that was being taking off an inflated price like so many of the other lots do around town. De Pere Auto offers you the best price right off the bat which is a refreshing change from the others. Mike really treated us like family and we really felt like he had our best interest in mind the entire way. Philip from the finance department was great as well. He was very friendly, took the time to explain all the details of what we were agreeing to, and got us an interest rate that the other banks we have worked with in the past couldn't even touch. De Pere Auto took a stressful negative experience of our car breaking down to an exceptionally positive experience of putting us behind the wheel of a car we love! This was by far the easiest and most enjoyable auto purchase we have ever made. Yes, I said enjoyable! This is the place to go if you are in the market for a used vehicle. Great group of people who are not only knowledgeable, but also enjoy their work.

I was looking for a good used car. I don't generally drive through De Pere but my daughter told me there was a dealership there with some nice looking cars. My choice of cars would be the Chrysler 200. Mike had one there. This has been a very pleasant buying experience. Mike showed me everything about the car that I could think to ask. Our current cars before this were a 1998 jeep and a 2001 Town and Country van, so you can tell I don't buy cars often. They are no pressure, helpful, polite, and professional. Mike also introduced me to their service department. I'm looking forward to having our service work done there. Now I can see why they don't have to advertise. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality used car.

In January I bought a 2011 Buick La Crosse. The buying experience was delightful and proffessional. They showed me how to operate all the options and there were many. They also paired my phone to the cars bluetooth option and have been very helpful after the sale when I had questions. I would highly reccomend them to anyone who is looking for a vehicle.

I was very pleased visiting De Pere Aunto Center for my new used vehicle. Mike was so helpful answering all my questions about the cars I was interested in. The selection of vehicles on the lot are in excellent condition and a fair price. I was undecided about a smaller vehicle for long distances on the highway, but Mike offered me to take the car home and take it to work the next day. I did and I changed my mind after driving it. I returned it, but then selected other cars to take for a ride. Mike was patient with me when I was making up my mind which car I felt was best for me. I felt no pressure trying to decide. He provided much information on each car.The entire experience was a good one and I would highly recomment trying De Pere Auto Center for your next used vehicle.

Finding a quality, used car can be filled with stress, apprehension, disappointment and despair. Not at DePere Auto. Yesterday, after weeks of searching for a replacement SUV that very well could be the last vehicle I may ever purchase, Mike came through for me. Patiently learning what I was looking for and the price-range I had in mind, he researched and found for me a model to test drive. It was like having my own personal shopper. More concerned about my needs and taste and less about just making a sale he found something and called me right away. It was a beauty. Clean. Low mileage. Some factory warranty left on it. More affordable. It would hold its value for many years if I would take care of it. But a second SUV on the lot, a little newer, was calling to me. My reluctance to purchase the newest vehicle I'll probably ever own was pacified but a patient salesman, Mike. He thoughtfully and calmly reassured me that I would be happy with either choice. No arm twisting. No high-pressure talk. No judging my questions, concerns or quirks. Finally, I knew I had come to the right place. I'm now the proud owner of an American-made SUV that I'm happy to take to the highways or just ride around town. And because I've had my other, vintage car, in for maintenance with great results, I know I will be treated well if and when I bring in my new one.
