He is easy to communicate with and when the car was delivered did a great job of showing all the features and answered all my questions and said to call or visit any time should any new questions or issue arise. Would also like to commend Erica in the finance Dept. for expaining all of the paperwork that needed to be signed in easy to understand language. Also, she did a great job of explaining all of the extra plans that were avaiable for purchase yet was not pushy and when we said no to some she honored my decision.
