Toyota of Boardman

My name is Jason Floyd Vandegrift from Grove City, Pennsylvania. I drove to Boardman to get our vehicle because of the respect and helpfulness of the staff. Very pleased.

The salesman Dave was easy to work with and provided excellent service. I drove a one way rental car from Kentucky to pick up my new Prius, and he helped arrange to have the rental car company come to Toyota of Boardman to pick up the rental car after I left to return home. It was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had.

Just bought my new 2025 Toyota Corolla! Zeke was very helpful and friendly. Even when my phone wasn't connecting properly to the apple car play, he remained friendly and patient, despite it taking way longer than it was supposed to. Taylor in the financial department was also very friendly and helpful!

Kevin Bertilacci was the most helpful in picking out my new 2025 RAV4. He contacted me in the morning and stayed in Touch answering any questions I had throughout the day until I got to the dealership later in the evening. He was prepared and had the vehicles I wanted to look at pulled down and ready for me to drive and look at. Then he worked up what payments would be for both vehicles so I could see it side by side and compare. Once decided he made the process flawless. The whole interaction once I got to the dealership lasted almost an hour and the entire place was so very professional up to and including the finance man I worked with. Loved picking up our 2025 Corolla Hybrid in time for Valentines Day. Mike Butream and the dealership were able to order the exact car I wanted. This is the 4th Toyota we have purchased from Mike, so that says it all. Such personal service!
