Used Honda Odyssey

I was not sure of what I wanted. Richard Bell's no pressure style put me at ease in my search. I test drove cars at at least 4 different dealerships, and found the right car at Toyota of Boardman. The trade in price was fair and so was the price of the Odyssey. I do wish the dealer's warranty was longer. I was happy that they allowed me to take it and get it checked out somewhere else though.

Rav4 purchase

Bought my second RAV4. Tina was very helpful. Did some of the discussion by phone and Internet made the experience easier. She made car buying easier.

made the process easy

Justin was great and really did everything I could ask for. He even sent me a pic of the new ride being unloaded from the truck. I'm from Pittsburgh but would still make the trip to Boardman again because of the service, friendliness, and very nice dealership. I plan on coming back once I'm ready for a new 4Runner in ten years!

MY NEW 2015 TOYOTA CAMRY!!!

After 50 years of driving nothing but GM cars I am the proud new owner of TOYOTA CAMRY!!! I live in Youngstown, Ohio the home of the Chevy Cruze and checked it and the Malibu out but fell in love with the Camry after my visit to the delership!!! My sales rep Dick Bell made my search for a new car much easier than I thought it woud be!!!

Buying a Jeep at a Toyota dealership

We had been trying to make a deal for a used vehicle off and on since February. We were insulted by used car managers and salespersons until we went to the Toyota of Boardman Dealership. Andy, our salesperson, followed our lead and did as we requested as we made the negotiations. He made us feel relaxed and not pressured into the deal. He made sure that other personnel worked with our wishes for financing and got us the best rate. We would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Five stars all the way.

Friendly, Easy, Professional

We HATE the process of buying a new vehicle! We dealt with John. He was so friendly and helpful, we felt like he really listened to what we wanted and what our budget was. We had no intentions of buying a truck that day but he pointed out just what we were looking for and the price was right. No playing the "dealership game" and playing with numbers. It started with a fair price for our trade in, great price on the truck, and quick (and fantastic) financing. We are so pleased, we will be back in the fall to purchase a new vehicle for me!

Very happy!

We were looking at the RAV4 and already knew it was what we wanted but weren't sure if we could get the right payment and enough for our trade. Tina was very nice and personable and got us below where we wanted to be. Tina did an exceptional job getting us more than what we asked for with ease.

excellent service and price. Other salesmen helped [names not known]. Have had a Prius since 2007 and 2015 is much improved with the gps. Would recoomend the dealership.
