Great service, nice personnel and very welcoming. Daniel, the assessor went out of his way to help and make me feel heard and understood and help me throughly understand the process. Only downside, they don’t make appointments to have your worked on while waiting, it has to be dropped off and later picked up but they had my car ready at the time promised. Thank Daniel!

Service advisor was helpful and friendly, however had an
Service advisor was helpful and friendly, however had an appointment scheduled at 1030 and the car was not ready until 1700 for a routine oil change. Would recommend a better system for prioritizing actual appointments or lighten the amount of appointments made. So that people are not wasting their time.

Surprisingly outstanding!
Surprisingly outstanding! My 2014 Tundra needed a lot of work, parts had to be ordered so dropped off Wednesday pick up Friday. Javier rented me a car at Enterprise to get around with. I've never seen my engine this clean. The crew went above and beyond not to just do the work but cleaned my engine to look almost like new. I was blown away! Great job.

Definitely not the Toyota service I am accustomed to.
Definitely not the Toyota service I am accustomed to. The service rep was condescending. Instead of listening to my concerns, he continually interrupted. It took 3.5 hours to complete a scheduled single tire replacement. At hour 2 I checked on the status of my vehicle and the service rep implied it was my fault for scheduling it at lunch time.
