I did find the dealership staff very friendly. However there were three issues that makes me not recommend them . 1. I purchased a 2016 Surbureau for my son. We were not told the engine had been replaced until we were in the process of paying for the car. I would have expected to be told this PRIOR to the purchase. My son had to drive back to South Dakota the next day so we had no choice. 2. While driving back to South Dakota the rear passenger tire kept loosing air. He stopped at a Firestone in Las Cruces NM who told him the tire had a slit in the side wall and could not be repaired and needed to be replaced. In addition, while there the battery died and needed to be replaced. Well $314.00 later he was back on his way. 3. We eft the dealership and arrived home in Oro Valley. When he looked at the key phobe said 1 of 2 keys. We called the dealership and sure enough they never gave us the second key. Im not suggesting the dealership know the tire and battery were bad. But I fail to understand they had to be replaced the very next day.

I trust Jay Auto Sales
My husband and I went to Jay Auto Sales to check out some of their used cars. We needed to replace my beloved old Prius that was rear-ended and totaled by the insurance company. We were greeted outside by Robert, who invited us into his office inside to talk. After chatting for awhile, we told him that money was really an issue, and as it happens there were no cars that day that we could really afford. He was so understanding, and actually did not try to sell us a car at all, but recommended that we get our car back and get it fixed because that would cost less than buying another car. We were so impressed with his honesty and really, a very kind and caring attitude. We did not buy a car that day, but if I were going to buy a car from a dealer, I would definitely go to Jay Auto Sales and talk to Robert.

College car hunt
I came in looking for a Ford Mustang that was feasible towards me. While we glanced at a couple, I was redirected by my dealer towards other cars that were more eco and college friendly. While I appreciated looking at certain cars whether they were mini SUVs or coupes, I wondered why we didn’t stay on the mustang. Took some for a test drive, and didn’t notice anything too major. It seemed to me as if my car was predetermined after the test drive, not by me. They have some pretty good cars overall, low mileage, nice reliable and nice cars.
College car hunt

LEMON SOLD AFTER MARKET INSURANCE POLICY USELESS
I BOUGHT A 2006 FORD F250 SUPER DUTY TRUCK. TRUCK WAS IN GOOD CONDITION ON VISUAL INSPECTION. WITHIN ONE MONTH IT TOSSED THE SERPENTINE BELT. THE NEXT MONTH IT HAD A CRACKED WATER COOLER LINE. NOW THIS MONTH IT HAS A CRACKED EGR AND CRACKED HEAD GASKET. WHITE SMOKE ALL THE THINGS YOU DON'T WANT TO SEE IN A 5 MONTH OLD TRUCK. I BOUGHT AT THE TIME A HIGHLY RECOMMENDED INSURANCE FROM A SECOND HAND DEALER THAT THEY SAID WOULD TAKE CARE OF POWER TRAIN ECT! WELL GUESS WHAT THEY WON'T COVER ANYTHING> CRACKED HEAD'S APPARENTY NOT PART OF A POWER TRAIN APPARENTLEY THE POWER TRAIN IS NOT PART OF THE POWER TRAIN! I'M NOT TOTALY SURE THAT JAY AUTO SALE KNEW THAT THIS WAS A LEMON BUT MY GUT SAYS YES IT NEW WHICH IS WHY THEY PUSHED THE INSURANCE. I TRIED TO CONTACT THE OWNER OR THE MANAGER AND GOT A BIG OLE THEIR NOT HEAR AFTER SAYING WHY I WANTED TO TALK TO THEM/ IT WILL TAKE ME 12K TO TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM. I JUST MANAGED TO TALK TO JAY WHO CLAIMS THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR RECOMANDATION TO STAND BY THE AFTER MARKET INSURANCE THEY PUSH ON YOU . TOTALLY A FRAUD SOLD ME A LEMON SOLD ME A POLICY IN CASE THEY SOLD ME A LEMON NONE OF IT IS THEIR FAULT IMAGINE THAT!

Extremely Happy!
My wife and I were looking for a late model Toyota Camry with low miles. We went from the East side of town to the Auto Mall. All we were shown were 2018 Camrys with over 30,000 miles! And for a proud asking price (especially Toyota!) While we were in one of their showrooms with a salesman, my wife found what appeared to be a really good deal, on her phone, at Jay Auto Sales. I feared it may have been a little fly by night outfit, but we drove there to take a look. The property is actually very nice and modern, with a professional atmosphere. There was absolutely no pressure to buy. In fact, as I began to talk my wife into test driving a car; Dave the sales professional, actually began to try to talk me out of it! "Wait for the car with all the options you are looking for," he said. Long story short, this was the best used car buying experience I've ever had! We ended up with an immaculate 2016 Camry with 22,500 miles on it. And for $8,000 under what the big dealers were showing us... The deal was great. The experience was wonderful, and the staff superb (including the owner.) They even gave us a documented IOU for the promises they made to us... like tinting the windows for free, among other things. I highly recommend Jay Auto Sales! (and I am a critical and discerning consumer) Godspeed!

Great price--superb service!
After purchasing a 2006 work truck from Jay's I was absolutely amazed at their service policy. The AC was weak and I took it back and not only did they give me an whole new AC system they were so helpful and courteous through the entire process. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.
