It was the most pleasant experience in buying a car. Elvia was our salesperson and she was excellent. Very knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and helpful. Carla in finance was very friendly and helpful. Even the cashiers were great.

First I just wanna say I never heard of this place before. I got some mail from them with a card to activate to get me started to find a car. Then shortly got contacted by them the same day to come in and get a car. Shortly after around 12 I began to work with Elvia on getting a new car. Because of some complications it took a very very long time to get the car; I wasn’t prepared with the right documents. Elvia literally stuck with me the ENTIRE time. I was there from 12 and didn’t even leave until 8 o’clock. She helped me nonstop and the manager as well came over to speak with me and help guide me on my next steps. I ended up having to bring my family there and everyone was super nice to my nephew and mom and sister. I ended up leaving with a 2020 car with full coverage insurance. Overall, the experience was great, customer service was great, and their efficiency was great. I’ll 100% be recommending them to other and to anyone reading this!

Bought a car on Saturday after feeling pressured to sign the outrageous deal and after being there for almost 4 hours. the salesman was working with everyone that walked in that place. This place is definitely very unprofessional. On my way home with the car, I had no turn signals, wipers, the rear defrost wasn't working, got home and the doors didn't lock and the key fob didn't work either. I was so upset I returned the car on that Monday. Will not step foot on that lot again.
