Stay Away from this Dealership

We purchased a used car from VW of Orchard Park. 3 1/2 weeks after purchase, a blinking check engine light came on and we were not able to drive it. VW of Orchard Park would not help us get the vehicle to them to repair. We live 1 hour away. We have continued to have major repairs to this vehicle. In the 3 1/2 months since we purchased the vehicle, we have spent over $3,000 in repairs. It was discovered by a local mechanic that the front coil springs were broken and appeared they had been broken for a long time, which meant that VW of Orchard Park slapped a NYS inspection sticker on the window illegally misrepresenting to us that the vehicle was safe and legal to drive. They do not stand behind their vehicles and customers absolutely do not matter to them. We will never buy from them again and we will also tell everyone of our experience.

had 80,000 mile service charged me for that than everything

had 80 000 mile service done pd for that than on bill everything thats listed in service manual for 80000 mile was again charged and itemeized again cost me 1000 bucks for this service and to fix roof drains that left inch of water in front back of passenger side of 12 tiqiuan, yet the 2011 had a recall for this??? Not happy taking advantage of vw customers. did have oil leak and they replaced 2 gaskets for a simple fix it had used 2 qts of oil in month.pcv cost me183.33 and labor for that was 88.20.Very dissatisfied, water leak was 98 bucks yet in service manual says at 80,000 cleaning roof drains is included?called afternoon i dropped it off and "harry says yep all done tech has itin detail trying to get some of water out of it get it back next day and still has inch of water in floorboards never touched it drove through to wash outside thats it. will not be dealing with these people again. once again cant believe them

certified pre-owned

do not trust that all the work checked off has actually been done. when I bought my Tiguan, I specifically was ensured that the battery, tires, balancing & alignment were all done & that the tires were brand new. the Tiguan had 31,000 miles already on it, but when I reached 40,000 miles I was told I needed all 4 tires replaced. they did not honor the fact that I had only put on 9,000 miles. I took it to another VW dealer and when they checked it all 4 tires were toe-in. Orchard Park told me it was the way I drive. BUT now I have reached 61,000 miles and do not need to replaced the new tires I bought at 40,00 miles. SO, it can not be the way I drive. Plus, I have met former employees of Orchard Park VW, & they confirmed that corners are always cut at Orchard Park.

Dealership too stupid to get the message

Owned a VW, never again, but the dumb donkies at this dealership just wont take no for an answer. They do not seem to understand you cannot trust a VW. Please go away you obnoxious fools!!!!

poor customer service and knowledge

This place was of no help in finding a car, salesman didn't know very much about the Passat I was interested in or much about any of the other cars.

Annual service visit

One year after purchasing a new Passat I returned to have the annual service completed. I returned home after what I thought was a normal visit and discovered some of the work had not been completed. They agreed to perform the full service again free of charge, but have left me with little confidence. As a customer of the dealership from a purchase through to servicing there needs to be a much higher standard in order to retain customers. ........This assuming that I didn't catch them willingly cutting corners

great car and service

Rob and kim helped get me into a used 2008 Passat with an extended warranty, which I've used, and the service was great getting me into a loaner during the extended repairs. The sale price was unbeatable anywhere around, but I went here because my parents and brother have had cars from here and we've all had a great experience overall.

Parts is parts!

I've been using this dealership for my parts purchases for years and I will continue to do so their knowledge and experiance and friendliness is what brings me back everytime thanks guys! ps wheres my 2016 VW bus!!!

Excellent Service

I love the friendliness of this dealership. My wife has another manufacturer brand from across the street and their enthusiasm is lacking to say the least. Scott has been taking care of me for several years (even though I bought elsewhere) and after referring me to (Rob? Ron?) Brown in sales last month, I'll definitely be buying here this year and not "further north". Thanks guys!
