Great buying experience. I was waiting for a new job offer which took way longer than expected. Paul Lapierre was patient and kept me updated on the status of the three cars i had narrowed my search to. Let me put my final choice on their lift to inspect the underside. Very upscale environment. I brought my purchase back for a quick and minor fix. They handled with no questions and even gave me a loaner to take my wife to lunch while we waited. Good people...

Had a great experience buying my first car. Paul was very helpful and willing to meet even when the dealership was closed. The car I wanted was just about spotless when I came to see it at first and then was detailed again! When I came to pick it up. Fair prices. 👍🏼

On October 14th 2019 my wife and I were looking all day for a nice used car.Our final stop would be European Motors.My wife was looking at a Jeep Cherokee from there.So on our way home my wife had called the dealer but they were closed so Paul Lapierre was texting my wife back and forth so we ended up stopping there on our way home from a long day.Pail had met us at the dealer and we took 2 jeeps for test drives and fell in love with 2016 Jeep Cherokee that we ended up buying it from European motors.We picked the vehicle up on October 14th and it looked like a new vehicle.I met the owner great customer service Mike at the service dept.desk.and Pail who did a great job.I liked him from the start and very friendly and great customer service.I work at Home Depot and I liked the customer service Paul gave yo my wife and I.Great job😃😃

Excellent service!! I use European for all my service. Mike in the service department is excellent, courteous and friendly with a great personality. He is always helpful and is very accommodating he will go the extra length to help.

Outstanding customer service. I’m unable to speak and they made the process seamless. Paul was extremely helpful and answered every question we had. Sadly their vehicle was outside of the factory bumper to bumper warranty.
