Steve Job was the most helpful pleasant car sells man I have ever delt with. He mad my car shopping experience absolutely amazing.. he was friendly professional and got me in and out happily with a Chevy Blazer that I love ... Thanks John Meagle Chevy for making the impossible possible!!

Steve Job was my car salesman he was very professional

Steve Job was my car salesman he was very professional and friendly he listened to what I wanted and picked me out the perfect ride... I ended up getting a 20/20 black Chevrolet Blazer which I absolutely adore I am so grateful that I went to John regal Chevrolet and bought my new ride I've never had a vehicle almost new I've always went to buy here pay here but my mom Cindy Badgley you badly convinced me that I needed to go to John Michael Chevrolet not only because they have dependable newer cars with warranties but it would also establish my credit so I took her advice and we went up to the dealership and at 9:15 we met with Steve and by 11:30 11:45 I was driving away in my new car thank you so much Steve Job and John Miller dealership for making my first new car experience the best ever if anybody I know is out looking for a car I most definitely would recommend John Michael Chevrolet

Cam Gentry is the best!

Cam Gentry is the best! I bought a Subaru Ascent today from John Megel Chevrolet, sight unseen! Cam was so informative and on time with all my questions! Had it delivered and I’m “over the moon” with the results! Husband was pretty surprised too when he came pulling in the yard and saw it!! But, thankfully he thinks we did good too, Cam! Thanks again! The service department has been very disappointing.

The service department has been very disappointing. They promised to call when a loaner car was available but never followed through. They also said they'd call back about an appointment, as one of the shops was backed up, but I never received a call. The loaner vehicle they gave me was a 4x4 truck, which I couldn’t even get in or out of because it was the base model without running boards. I’m 62 years old with a bad knee, so I had to use a step stool just to get in and out. They said they’d call about providing another vehicle, but again, no follow-up. It’s clear the service department doesn’t follow through on their promises.

I brought my Equinox in for a routine maintenance.

I brought my Equinox in for a routine maintenance. It was supposed to cost around $250. When the bill came in it was $470. I almost passed out...but Michael said that can't be right and researched. It turns out that they had a wrong part number written down and the price was adjusted. THANK YOU MICHAEL HERNANDEZ for making this right!
