My son was lied to about a used vehicle he purchased.

My son was lied to about a used vehicle he purchased. He was told it was inspected and needed nothing. Lies. This was his first purchase alone as a young kid “his fault” yes however he went in with a little equity on his trade and left 15K upside down on a car that needed work. Within 3K miles the wheels almost fell off because the stems were broken and warped and the wrong length and needed over 2K in brake work. He was told when he bought it it was good to go and needed nothing. Lies. It took John Megel a month to reply to the BBB complaint and their reply was 2 sentences amd zero care. This is how they feel about you the consumer. Zero. Only those pockets nothing more. Don’t go here ever. Save your money. Lies lies lies and zero care.

Ben was very good to deal with.

Ben was very good to deal with. I appreciated his professionalism and knowledge of all the tech stuff that he’s great with. He took his time to give us a great buying experience.

My wife and I were shopping for a used vehicle online and narrowed it down to 3 separate dealers. In the end it was the Professionalism, courteousness, responsiveness, and the willingness to work with their price that brought us to purchase a vehicle from John Megel Chevrolet, even though they were over 2.5 hours away one way. When we arrived, we found that each employee at the dealership was extremely friendly, professional and polite. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle

I enjoyed meeting and working with Ben. He helped me get into another Equinox. He was very knowledgeable about the features and differences from my previous 2013 Equinox.

Mechanics are negligent and damaged my engine, The service manager refuses to stand behind their work and make it right. I have been doing business there for 20 years, everything from routine maintenance to major service and bought two trucks there and this is how they treat loyal customers. I am hiring a lawyer and talking them to court

I’ve been looking for a new vehicle for the last few

I’ve been looking for a new vehicle for the last few months. Zack has worked harder to get me a deal than any other dealer I have been to he is taking his time he has gone through a lot of different options. Unfortunately, there was a mountain that I needed to come over and I got up to the peak but couldn’t cross it, but Zack will an outstanding sales person and he did everything he could to help me get down the mountain
