They were amazing to work with. We found the car we were looking for at a price that made sense. I looked online over several states, and this was the best value for my dollars.
Amazing Seller (Ryan)
Ryan truly did his best to work with me, because of Ryan I would definitely go back to this dealership and purchase another vehicle. He truly did his best to keep me happy with the amount of my trade in and with the amount of the purchase price of the vehicle I purchased from him. Met my payment at what I was looking to pay , he truly made me and my 2 boys feel welcomed and I truly appreciate you Ryan for all of our deal. Thank you
So glad I came here...It's been a while since I've dealt with car salesmen, and over the past few days I was reminded as to why I don't really care to deal with them. Working with Ryan and his team helped change that perception. It was one of the few times I left a dealership satisfied, not like someone had bent me over a barrel. For reference, I bought a sexy-a$$ 2013 740Li. It's awesome. Thanks again Ryan.
I’ve reached out them multiple times asking the same question via email and text and both times have taken an unreasonable amount of time to respond and when they did respond, they never answered my questions. Poor management

I worked with Ryan to but my 2013 Porsche Panamera. This is the first time I purchased a car out of state site unseen. Ryan was very helpful in the buying process, I had a mobile mechanic Dennis check the car out, recommended by Ryan, sent me a 49 page thorough overview of the car. I was very leery of this, but with 1000 reviews and a 4.8 star rating on the mechanic, I feel comfortable with this service. I worked with an auto shipper to get my car up to Portland and when it arrived it was everything Ryan told me it would be. Perfect condition 39,000 miles. I would recommend California car company to anyone looking for a great used vehicle at a phenomenal price. I’ll buy my next car through Ryan when I retire my Beamer. unhelpful sales experience
I called in the morning letting Glenn know that I was having a friend come in and inspect/test drive the car in the evening, that evening the inspection went well but there was no test drive because the car was blocked in and was not moved out. The next day I arrived to buy the car but unable to make a deal because they were unwilling to budge on the price even though it was $5k over KBB or Edmunds pricing. Lots of little lies came out of the salesman's mouth like how it was a trade-in even though the Carfax shows that it was an auction car, etc. Whatever. I'll take my money elsewhere. Just glad that they didn't waste my time and were honest with their desire to not make a sale. 2 Stars off for lying and their unwillingness to give good customer service like get the car ready for a test drive and making a sale.

If you are referring to the Subaru Outback I believe you and your friend both came to look at, the salesman was correct the vehicle is a 1-Owner Trade in, not an auction car which is clearly stated on the carfax? Second we apologize we could not except your offer nearly $5,000 dollars less than our asking price which is already shown on Cars.com as a (good deal! ) and we even showed you the kelley blue book value. If I am mistaken or this is not the vehicle you are speaking about please let me know. Again Im sorry we could not earn your business and if there is anything we can do to try and help facilitate the sale with a reasonable offer we would love the opportunity! Thanks for your time.
very clean and nice...but unwilling to help
I went to go check out a car at this dealership the other day and there was nobody to help me out or even greet me. I had a few questions but I figured the business was occupied with bigger and better things to do than help a prospective customer. Oh well :)
They don't negotiate on price
I really wanted to buy the car but the sales guy was not willing to negotiate on price. So it wasn't worth my time driving over there.
