Exceptional Buying Experience thanks to Jason Ward

I purchased a used Toyota 4 Runner from this dealership, trading off my Highlander. The service provided by Jason Ward was exceptional. The 4 Runner was cleaned and serviced prior to me taking it home, and I just absolutely love it!!! The entire process went so smoothly, from locating the vehicle, to the paperwork, to handing me the keys. I loved the no pressure sales, and that Jason was so knowledgeable. I was given a super fair price for my trade in and the price of the 4 Runner was the best around! I highly recommend this Dealership...make sure you ask for Jason Ward, you will not be disappointed!

Love my new used) Camry

Shopping with Southwest Motors was such a great experience. I was in the market for a used Camry, and was greeted by Salesman Jason Ward. He was showed me several cars, and was so knowledgeable about all of them. The lot had so many wonderful used cars to chose from, but the Red one really caught my eye. The entire buying process was seamless, and I am now the proud owner of that Red Camry. I highly recommend that you shop at Southwest Motors for your next car purchase. Thank you to all of the Staff at Southwest Motors, especially Jason!

Will buy from Southwest Motors again.

Southwest Motors has changed my view of how used car lots operate. They took care of the things they said they would (extra key fob, new side mirror). On the 8th day after my purchase I had to limp my truck back from Denver. It took 3 days to get it back from the shop and it runs perfectly. The next day I noticied the tachometer was not working properly and they sent me back to the shop. The key service was anable to get the code for the door locks and suggested it may have to go to Ford. This truck has had some issues that are NOT Southwest Motors fault, they did not go looking for a vehicle that would break down on me since they are paying for the repairs. From the moment I called to let them know I was having trouble with the truck I was under the impression they would take care of it, On the first day at the shop I began believing they would take care of it. They did take care of the first repair bill and I BELIEVE THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF IT TO THE END. All cars fail its only AWSOME car lots that make their customers feel it will be ok and work out in the end. THANKYOU Southwest Motors. My dad bought a brand new truck in 1989 and at 103 miles it died. It took the dealership 2 weeks to repair it. To all of Southwest Motors customers please be patient if you have trouble in my experience Southwest Motors WILL TAKE CARE OF IT IN A TIMELY MANNOR. I will buy more cars from Southwest Motors.

phenomenal Experience

I was really in need of a new vehicle so I went down to Southwest Motors where I was approached by Craig Sanchez who by the way is an awesome salesman. He was very helpful, professional and had excellent knowledge in all vehicles I was interested in, he really went above and beyond all expectations. I would definitely recommend Soutgwest Motors and Craig Sanchez when looking for your next vehicle.

Southwest Motors: We Do Let Friends Drive Junk

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM SOUTHWEST MOTORS! At 19 years old, trying to get my feet on the ground I decided to purchase my first car because I was tired of dealing with repairs from my 1995 GMC Jimmy. On November 3, 2014, I bought a 2005 Nissan Maxima from Southwest Motors. Less than a year later, I've seen my car on a tow truck 6 TIMES! I've spent almost $3,000 on a car I purchased 7 months ago! So now I've spent $11,000!!! And you know what I have to show for it? The guilt of giving away a 1995 GMC JIMMY that ran BETTER! And the biggest problem is SOUTHWEST MOTORS KNEW WHAT WAS WRONG. After two weeks of having my car, the service engine soon light popped on. We took it back to Southwest and they said they fixed a cylinder, but after taking it to Nissan we learned the problem had to do with the catalyst converter which is a $1200 fix. SOUTHWEST MOTORS purposefully set the service engine soon light when potential customers test drove the car. After multiple repairs I have learned that you can go 100 miles after reseting the SES light before it pops back on again. I know that you can't blame a dealership for how people treat their cars but when you take a car back because there is a problem right after you bought it and the dealership lies about fixing the problem that is UNETHICAL! SOUTHWEST MOTORS IS UNETHICAL AND I WILL NEVER PURCHASE A CAR FROM THEM AGAIN! I ADVISE YOU TO DO THE SAME! They also used the picture they took of me after I bought the car for marketing on social media without my permission! I hope my picture didn't go to tricking other people to buying their cars! #notsohappycustomer Update-Have you bought a car from Southwest Motors? You want to get work done at their service center? THINK TWICE. Sure Southwest talked to me about my situation after I put my bad review on Facebook. So I went in and talked to Jerome about what was going on and apparently they have NO RECORD OF MY CAR EVER BEING SERVICED THERE! Haha this place is a joke. If you bought a Nissan, go to the Dave Solon Nissan Service Center so that they can fix all of the problems your car will have since you bought it at Southwest Motors. They've already taken care of a lot of mine.

Mke Peterson is awesome !!

My wife Mary and I recently moved to Colorado from Texas and found ourselves in need of a new vehicle . After searching the web for hours and hours our search brought us to Southwest Motors. There we met Mike Peterson .We were under a lot of stress from the move and we were not looking forward to any high pressure sales person. Mike made our experience calm and stress free It was by far the best car purchase I have made in my life. The whole process only took a couple of hours and we were out the door with our 2015 Chevy Captiva LTZ I couldn't believe the price. we are very happy with our new car and with Southwest. No need to search the web again for our next vehicle . Southwest has a customer for life. Thank you Southwest and especially a BIG thanks to Mike Peterson an awesome salesman . Great Experience

We were tired of the high pressure tactics of other dealers. Southwest Motors has a great inventory so there are lots of options to see up close and drive. Mike Peterson and James Romero were very helpful. No pressure... just provided good comparative information and gave us the freedom to check out all of the options we were considering. And we were able to drive more than one of the models we were considering. Finally, getting a good price did not require heavy handed negotiations. We will definitely recommend this dealership AND Mike and James to our friends.

TERRIBLE BUSINESS!!

Ken sold us a truck with major mechanical and electrical issues and when we mentioned these issues before purchasing the truck, Ken told us to go ahead and buy it and they would take care of us. Not only did they not fix all the issues, leaving us with an unsafe vehicle, but they treated my husband with complete disrespect when he brought the truck in for repairs. When I left a negative review on their Facebook page, the owner called my husband and yelled, yes, literally yelled, at him! Then, I filed a complaint with the BBB and in response, the owner referred to me as a "miserable b*****"! I have never been treated like this before and am ashamed for the owner. Check out your car really well by a third party before purchasing from this dealership. AWFUL!!
