I brought my car in for repair and told them what was going on and what I needed. They didn't try to jerk me around with a diagnostic fee. The work was done great and timely. They even took the time to degrease my engine due to the oil spray my engine had. All of this was done at a GREAT rate. They have just made a new customer for life.

Dealership was kind of messy, but overall it was the staff that swayed me over into purchasing a car. Very kind and courteous. Even helped to set up my car just the way I like it

Bought my 06 325xi from here a while back. The cost was beautiful and perfect carfax. Adam was very helpful took care of me. Found me easy affordable financing and even fixed a defective hood latch before I left. Four months down the road and he car has been fantastic, as described. I would highly recommend .

I live in FL and I was car shopping for a convertible BMW , and I was lucky to find what I wanted at jay's Auto . The minute I spoke to Adam on the phone the first time I called , I felt so comfortable. I realized while talking to him that He was very knowledgeable by answering every question I asked him. He went above and beyond by showing me the car via FaceTime going through every single spot inside and out of the car . Flaying to CT from FL was a risk to buy a car , but it was worth the risk . The car was in an excellent condition and was taking good care of it . It was a family run dealer ship and they treated me like im one of their family . Me and Adam took the car for awhole day to test it , the test was driving the car around town and highways exploring the beauty of CT . Basically drive testing the car was 24 hr vacation with a family member (Adam) . And I'm here now in FL after a month from buying the car writing my experience with jay's Auto .

After living 10 years in Connecticut, I always heard good things about this dealership whenever I was planning to purchase a car. I currently am a student in Kansas City and having to pay school loans and rent doesn't make it easy to add another car loan to the list. However, after consulting with Adam and Jay they made me an offer that I couldn't refuse. I flew in and went straight to the dealership just to find out that the 2005 Toyota XRS that had over 100K+ miles had been fully serviced and was ready to go. The thought of driving 1400 miles in a car that is 11 years old scared me at first but here I am two days later leaving a review as a happy customer! After driving over 23 hours, the car was very comfortable and ran smoothly and didn't cause me any issues along the way. I want to thank Jay's Auto for making this experience a pleasant one. I will definitely be back here in the near future!!

We had the great luck of needing a tow(that wasn't the great part) and AAA sent the SWEETEST fellow(Chris Brown) to take care of us. We have had distress over the "car from xxxx"(a real LEMON). For starters, he let us know how long he would be and called us TWICE on his way. He arrived and was so courteous and helpful. He explained everything and took care of everything with great care. Now here is the best part. After the car was delivered to the dealer, he called to let us know the status of the delivery and what to expect from the service. We have had such tremendous anxiety over the problems with this car and it felt so nice to have had such a positive experience with someone who has absolutely NO vested interest in the car. When I discovered Jay's sells and services cars, I have made a note to check with them first. Maybe from this lemon, we might have found lemonade! THANKS CHRIS BROWN!
