Friendly dealership
Our salesman Rick was fantastic to deal with, he seemed honest and made my wife and I feel like we were in good hands and would not be ripped off. Rick's sales manager, (sorry I forgot his name, I think it was Joe Finio) was spectacular. He explained every step to us and helped us get out of our lease early without penalty. He seemed like a very friendly, honest guy and we trusted him. The finance managers were nice to deal with also and made the process quick and easy. The only issue I had with the process is that I had to return to the dealership about a week later to sign another contract. I received a phone call from Tiffany who said that the credit union received my paperwork and decided to reduce my rate for 3.25% to 3.24% and I needed to come in to sign the new contract. She did offer to send a vehilce to my house with the paperwork and had everything printed out waiting for me when I got there but I don't believe she was being honest when she said the bank changed the rate. I believe it was a clerical error from the original transaction and I wasn't being the truth. Maybe that wasn't the case and I'm just overly suspicious but regardless I don't expect to have to return to a dealership to sign more paperwork after I already completed the transaction. I expected that the dealership would offer a voucher for a free oil change for my inconvenience but It was never offered. Other then that It was a good overall experience, I have bought alot of vehicles over the years and this was by far our favorite dealership to deal with.

Pleasant Experience
Maybe because of my age I was expecting an old time experience with purchasing a new car. I found just the opposite. It was pleasant and never any pressure. Not only did Rick do an outstanding job but also the girl who reviewed all the final paper work with me. Besides the two of them I would also like to say how nice your receptionists was. She made me feel welcomed from the time I walked in the door. Thank you to all your staff Your next question. Unfortunately except for Rick I don't remember the other names.

Great
Met with Alex and he showed me the Car we took it for a ride. I liked it. Went back the next day but Ales was off and Bob helped me and started the ball rolling finding the car i wanted. By Thursday they located the vehicle I wanted and I took delivery. Alex the salesman was GREAT!!!

Purchase of Elantra
This is our second Elantra. When we came to your dealership the first time, we were very happy with everyone there. Brandon Daub came out to meet us and he was so nice and personable. He took his time and explained everything. So when we needed another car, we went right to him.
