Love my Elantra

Second lease
Second time dealing with Mark he is very patient with me I tend to go back-and-forth deciding on a car to pick from . First lease I had to decide really quick I was leaving for vacation my car was totaled in a hailstorm I had one week to figure out how to get a car before I left on vacation within a week Mark helped me pick a car that I really loved and I was on my way and a happy vacation . Three years later picked a Nother car something that I never thought I would get went to the show room seen the vehicle on the showroom floor and I wanted it Mark help me and that day I left leasing that vehicle

Not Happy
Was presented with percentages regardless of reviewing my credit score, this percentage was used to finalized the transaction on the excuse that if any lower percentage was used they wont make any money on the vehicle. if the dealer is the one that prices vehicles ..... why do the costumer have to be liable for miss pricing and forced to a higher percentage regardless having Excellent credi? Finance department was very pushy and aggressive to get the sale forcing the deal on you, had to tell them to back off 3 times because I was not in agreement with the deal presented. If this was not a great vehicle I would have back off and go somewhere else Not happy.

Outstanding Experience
A month ago I had a wonderful experience purchasing my used Toyota Avalon from Hyundai of Limerick. Joe Finio worked with me and was exceedingly patient. Matt worked the numbers and gave me great value for my trade., Matt also didn't hesitate to fix my headlights when I returned a week later with a problem. Joe Unterkofler was helpful to the point of providing us with a shopping bag to put our accumulated junk from the old car into. Lisa had us in and out of the business office in record time. Thanks to all of you! I appreciate the service.
