Smoothest sales process I’ve had for a new car....

Smoothest sales process I’ve had for a new car. Everything was in order when I arrived and the whole process took half an hour. Great folks.

Service rep "Mike" was condescending sarcastic. Would not schedule our service for 3 months. Management had to get involved. My first and last experience there.

They did it again, told them that I was going down to...

They did it again, told them that I was going down to Virginia camping and to check and top off all fluids. Had to put in 2 gallons of DEF this is the second time this has happened

Had alot of fun with these guys got a great truck at a great price! Haggled with them but realized there first price wasn’t that far off. If your looking for a GMC I recommend making this your first stop and ask for Paul.

Brought car in for check engine light along with a...

Brought car in for check engine light along with a diagnostic report from Onstar.told by Onstar code emissions not working properly. Dealer checked code and replaced secondary injection pump relay. They cleared codes and retested operation. Stated all ok and operating properly now. However, check engine light still on. I ive gone to several dealers in past and service was done as requested. Not so with Marty’s Buick and is the worst Buick dealership I’ve ever experienced.

Elaine- We are sorry that the engine light came back on after you had your service with us. Onstar had identified an issue with your car and there were the corresponding codes stored in your vehicles system that led us to the injection pump repair. It can happen on an older vehicle (2009) that you correct an issue that is known and others present themselves after. We would be happy to readdress the concern if you would like.
