Nice looking car on the outside but when the check engine light came on while driving home, I knew the scam was on. Looked under the hood to find what looked like the car was pulled from Lake Erie. This place should be investigated as it is not what it appears to be. Getting my money back was the only good thing here

Bought a Chevy Sonic from them and checked the car out during a test drive. No leaks nor drips. A week after the purchase, radiator coolant started leaking. I had no warranty so they were not obligated to do anything. But they told me to bring it in and they replaced the radiator hose and thermostat housing.

Pro OK price Pro Fixed miss fire Con BALD TIRES.Half xxx tried to make it right did not <Verbal> Con Who the xxxx sells a vechile with bald tires! Con Said he make it right fixing seam weld door did not. <Verbal> Con rear wheel wells said he look at did not, a little surface rust just wanted to have that taken off i do the rest. <Verbal> Con Bad air filter. Con Very little gas in it, Every vehicle i bought including the one I bought there years ago < there > had a full tank of gas.. Courtesy its called! Got next to nothing for my trade ins and no they were not junk! Would I buy from Randy again no. Con do not bring your partner with, I was going to walk away Con do not take a persons word for nothing don't mean a dam thing!

After speaking with salesmen from all over central Wisconsin I finally visited Certified Auto Center and spoke with Randy. It was refreshing to speak with a dealer that wasn't trying to play games with me. Randy was straight forward right from the start. My wife and I took our time choosing the right vehicle but never felt pressured or hurried by Certified Auto Center. Even after I made the decision to purchase a vehicle Randy was EXTREMELY patient with me while I finalized my financing. I would highly recommend this dealership to friends or family if you are in the market for a newer preowned, low miles, higher trim vehicle. All of their vehicles were high quality and looked well taken care off. The next time I'm in the market for another car this will be one of my first stops.

We have been looking for a new/used vehicle for several years now and yes you did hear that right. Our endless window shopping never seemed to bother them and they were always extremely helpful and courteous. Because of the staff's professionalism we knew that when the time came we would want to make our car purchase from Certified Auto Center. The dealership is not large and perhaps some may find that a detriment, but to others it may allow for a more relaxed car shopping experience.
