Yesterday I bought a 2009 Ford Taurus at Certified Auto Center. Jim and Randy were great - very patient and knowledgeable and no high pressure sales. It was a "hassle-free" experience, like buying a car from a friend. They pride themselves on only offering the cleanest cars on their lot and it's true - my car is a beauty. I am confident that I will buy again from them and I hope others will stop by to see their inventory.

I recently purchased a truck from Randy at Certified Auto Center and it was a great experience. Great to do business with, made everything go smoothly and very quick. Will definitely be back when it's time for a different vehicle and recommend to others looking for a vehicle.

To me Certified Auto is not the typical small, locally owned dealership. I've lived in the area for over 20 years and have always been impressed with their inventory. They have much nicer cars available than what I usually expect to see at a smaller dealership. This was the first car we've purchased there but like I said, they have always had a good selection of nice vehicles. Randy was great to work with, easy going, answered all our questions and not pushy. I'm sure we'll go back the next time we are looking for a vehicle.

Certified Auto Center is always my first and last stop when thinking about purchasing a vehicle. My recent purchase of a 2008 GMC Envoy was the 5th vehicle!! Each vehicle has been in excellent condition and was priced just right for my budget! Over the years I have witnessed Randy and Jim treat each customer with courtesy and respect. In the past, I have walked into other dealerships and was treated poorly. I was once told that a vehicle I wanted to purchase had too much power for a woman to drive and another time a salesman just walked away from me when a man pulled onto their lot. This would be unacceptable practice for Randy and Jim!! Thank you (5 times)! And, Many More!! Remember to keep your eyes peeled for that sweet muscle car that will fit in my budget. Tammy

I WAS LOOKING FOR A BLACK FORD F150 WHICH SEEMINGLY IS VERY HARD TO FIND IN THE RACINE/KENOSHA AREA. SO OF COARSE WENT ONLINE AND FOUND EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR AT CERTIFIED AUTO. I SPOKE WITH RANDY ON THE PHONE AND DROVE THE 200+ MILES, IT WAS WORTH EVERY MINUTE. THE PLACE WASN'T WHAT I WAS EXPECTING BUT PLEASANTLY SURPRISED WITH THE SERVICE. RANDY WAS AWSOME, HE WAS VERY LAYED BACK, EASY TO TALK TO, ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS AND WASN'T PUSHY. I WAS SCARED TO DEATH TO BUY A USED VEHICLE BUT THANKS TO CERTIFIED AUTO AND RANDY I AM NOW THE PROUD OWNER OF A 2008 FORD F150 SUPERCREW, BLACK OF COARSE, AND COULDNT BE HAPPIER. I had a $2,ooo.oo oil leak in my 2003 chevy venture and was told to not mess around fix it. So I went looking for a new van that had a lot of room for everything I do. I went looking at new vans, but couldn't find what I wanted, so I looked at used instead. I went to Certified Auto and looked around, which was a great place because it had three vans on the lot. The first two I looked at I didn't like, but the third I did. It was a 2007 chevy uplander with a lot of room and great for me. I have had it for three weeks and no problems and it is great.
