Very difficult to reach by phone. Took 2 weeks for first call to be returned. Misdiagnosed sunroof problem. Charged me $1700 to replace both sunroof motors, then when sunshade started making noise she said the frame needed to be replaced for $4000 to stop that noise. Ultimately she and the technician said that all sunroofs are problematic and best not to use them. I could have saved $1700 to do that.
