Vehicle purchased barely made it home with the left rear brake caliper locked up. Purchased in 2023. Tires were mounted backwards so that DOT date of manufacture were hidden. Tires were 22 years old - manufactured in 47th month of 2001. Fuel pump is now going out.

Tried to lock me into a contract with a mediocre deal on a car that very likely had rolled back miles. Refused to service the vehicle as well. Dont trust this dealer, very shady!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE! They’re great at the game they play. I purchased an SUV from them after being told my car was “unsafe” to drive home. I have not even made my first car payment and even with their warranty have had to take it to the shop to be fixed. Which, by the way is owned by the same people who own the dealership. Warranty will not cover the costs. I was told by the dealership “That’s what you get buying a vehicle with 100k miles. It is what it is.” Request that they cover the costs since I have no even put 200 miles on the vehicle or owned it more than 30 days and I was told the new tires they put on it before listing it for sale was enough.” Ruth also has you do website reviews before you even leave property so don’t trust them! Scam family? Absolutely. So many choices for places to purchase cars - Don’t make the same mistake I did!

Gladstone Auto was not ready for our visit. We called ahead before going to see the car, but the car was not on the lot when we arrived, and they struggled to find the car in their system. After about 20 minutes, they located the car on another lot, 10 minutes drive away. When we arrived at the other lot, we were very disappointed to find the exterior pictures did not reflect the true condition of the car. Gladstone Auto sales was very friendly, but not helpful, nor particularly interested in selling us a car.
