Very refreshing. The usual quips about used car salesmen is NOT TRUE in this case. They went above and beyond to get us the car we wanted. Us bad credit, no trade and not much down. Plus even though we bought an 11 year old car, they accommodated me by fixing or making arrangements to fix, everything on the list. I had made out a list of things that were not up to par. I was not always pleasant to deal with and they never lost control and bent over backwards to accommodate us. It was by far the most pleasant experience that I have had in my 40 some years of buying cars. More importantly they are HONEST in my opinion. Job well done guys- Thank you Moe!!!!!! Lynne Moran

We live in Columbus. Target had the car we wanted but they were 140 miles away. Mo and I talked on the price over the phone. We agreed on price and all that was needed was a test drive. With a handful of e-mails we set out on our road trip. I brought the e-mail to "prove" the agreed upon price. Mo greeted us at the door. We test drove the Nissan it was everything Mo said it was. There were no surprises! I sat down with Mo and pulled out the e-mails. He already had the paperwork out with the agreed upon price in the blank places. NO last minute dealing. Other the then trip it was the easiest sale we had ever been apart of. "We also got to enjoy the 140 mile trip back in our new car" Can not say enough great things about Mo.

I called Target auto group to see about a new battery and install for my car. The service advisor, as he called himself, said the battery would be around $169. I asked what they would charge to install only if I brought in the battery. They don't do that which is understandable. Again I asked then how much for the battery and install. He said it varies from car to car. I told him the make and model and he says, "look this isn't McDonalds, its not cookie cutter here, it varies from car to car." But I just told you my car, what's the price? I don't know ma'am, its not that simple. I asked him to look it up or ask someone who would know. Again he gives me the McDonalds comment. I have NEVER had a place speak to me like that or not be able to give a general fee for battery installation! He was no where close to being professional, let alone friendly. I just moved to the Bedford area and I can guarantee they will not be getting my business!

I am not much on the gab - But Mo met me at the door of their nice facility when i drove in.. He also treated me with great respect as did two of the other employees. So i and my little dog says THANKS MUCH - HAROLD AND MADDY

I am very proud to say I purchased a vehicle from Target Auto group! Drove over 125 miles to see the truck I bought from them, Mo was right on with the truck description and there were several pictures to view and all info given was correct. They also treated me very fairly on my trade in. Thsnks again for a great car buying experience!

Target Automotive Group, Inc. is well worth a visit to check out and see what they have. The hospitality is unbelievable! They are the nicest guys and they certainly know their cars. They set me up with a great deal on my 07 Caliber; They try to agree on a price to help you out as best they can. They fully inspect and attend to the cars needs before its even put on the lot, more than most big dealers do. I would gladly return to purchase a second car from them. They made my first car purchase very pleasurable and a great experience.

i buy 6 months ago a used 745I BMW the Target staff have been the most help full for the transaction and for all the services my needed.they also a great knowledge of all cars they sale or services. you do not need the big dealers ship to have great deal or first class service.

I had To Get A Car Rapair recently and the guys @ Target were A1 i have been dealing with them for several years now and i always send friend and family to them for car repairs and to purchase used vehicles.After the first time I went to them I decided that there was no need to go anywhere else,and I Havent.

I just recently was searching for a used vehicle in my price range ...I looked up Target Auto Group,called ,and spoke with Mo he worked out a day that worked around my work schedule.I came in that Saturday morning the vehicle that I was interested in was ready for me and in excellent condition....The only thing that was not up to par was the fact that the a/c needed some charging I told Mo and he was on the spot he had them charge it without hesitation and needless to say I bought the truck that same day! The whole staff was on point and very friendly felt like I spent the day with family! And left a very satisfied customer.....
