Kevin Knudsen is a big deal at Chevy!!!

Kevin Knudsen at Brookdale Chevy made purchasing my brand new 2024 Chevy the most seamless transaction ever. I have less than perfect credit and I was able to get an approval in 10-15 minutes! Thanks to the financing manager and Kevin for your assistance and staying late on a Saturday to get me in my dream car. I promise not to come in 45 minutes before closing next time lol.

I brought my car in for an oil change and it was flagged

I brought my car in for an oil change and it was flagged for an alignment issue. I kindly reminded them that they performed a 4-wheel alignment during my last oil change. Then they drove through the detector 3 more times until it gave a marginal reading. All paperwork says it failed alignment and that the customer declined. NOT TRUE. At the behest of the Service Manager, some young Service Advisor was tasked with convincing me it was not needed so they didn't have to stand behind it. It was clear the Management was dodging the rework. An alignment that doesn't last one single oil change wasn't done correctly the first time. Poor kid. I wouldn't want to work there and I definitely won't get my car serviced there again.

Hello Curt, I responded to you last week with a message, but never heard a response back. The alignment on my car is still off. Is Luther going to stand behind their work?

Curt, I still have not received a response back. Was that just an auto-generated message? I'd also like to point out that your service group just "pencil whipped" the inspection. All the tread depths were the same, all the brake pad thicknesses were the same, all the tire pressures were the same even though you only need to look at the dash. It was all just fluff, so why give that to the customer? You have some serious quality issues at your Luther Brookdale Chevrolet Service Center.

If you want insulted got see Kevin Kallof. So glad I did not buy here after reading the reviews. First of all I had a appointment with him at 4:15. I did not see him until 5:15 and other people had a appointment with him. Then he insulted me by asking me if I have been drinking. I am not sure where that came from because I told him I will ne there right after work. Maybe he just love insulting people. I test drove a Arcadia Denali. A couple of days later I went a bought a Chevrolet Teverse. I did not want to go back and get insulted.
