I am a return customer. I have always been happy with the service I have received on my Chevrolet Malibu at Luther Brookdale Chevrolet Buick GMC. My Service Advisor, Bryson Russell was very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. He was able to answer any questions I had and I felt comfortable having my vehicle serviced. Go somewhere else. They will sell you a broken car without hesitation. They are crooked and are liars. We ended up returning a car after a battle with the body shop. Days and days of struggle, hassle and lies. Check engine light came on with less than 50 miles driven. They CLEARLY knew this car had issues. It was NOT minor issues, it was catastrophic issues that ABSOLUTELY were present before we bought it and they tried to hide it. DO NOT BUY the 2021 Buick Encore GX. They are still trying to sell it. It is broken and they will tell you that it's not. It was a week long battle with them. Avoid them at all costs. They are stereotypical shady car dealers. Stay far away from them.

My experience was great. The problem with my car was explained in terms I understood. Nick was very friendly and kind. I still need to get a new battery but right now I can't afford it.

This has been the second vehicle we have purchased from a Luther dealer and I think we may ave found our preferred dealer for life. They always make the car buying process smooth and as painless as possible and are available for any questions during the process.

From 12/5/2023 Review- Made a morning appointment to get a check engine light addressed. Didn't get to it the entire day and had to go back again the next day. They did shuttle me to work both days free of charge. This is still an issue 2 years later! Similar experience where we left the vehicle with the dealership at 8am for a check engine light warning and by 520pm still had not heard anything from service department despite calling them at 2pm and 5pm to find out if the truck could be picked up. Still no truck and no diagnosis on the check engine light warning. Could improve on the communication since we were told at 2pm by Thomas that he would find out from the technician and call back. Never received a call back.

Dashaun is a great guy through and through! I’d buy another car from him no sweat! Stand up guy! A lot of people can learn from him!
