Where do I even begin?
Where do I even begin? We were out looking for a SUV with a third row to accommodate our family. We started the process with Terrance. He was warm and welcoming. He stayed within our price range and went over options with us. We did not feel forced or pressured to make a purchase. He allowed us to take our time, discuss and make our decision with his guidance. He had us laughing the entire time. This is my very first time at a car dealership not feeling pressured. He is experienced and he knows exactly what he’s doing. We ended up getting the GMC ACADIA and we absolutely love it. Terrance is a pure joy to work with. The best part is, he came in on his day off to finalize our purchase. Thanks so much Terrance. No pressure sales and great customer service!
I live more than an hour away and wasn't able to get to the dealership until 5 PM, they close at 6. We were able to take a test drive and complete all of the paperwork and have the car washed and ready to go in a little over an hour. There was no high pressure sales and everyone I worked with was great! I haven't had that experience at other dealerships. Kylie Jacques was my sales person and I would definitely work with her and this dealership again!

I had a great time coming to this location compared to the other Luther dealerships. Bao is the reason we went back to make our purchase. 👍 If you're looking for to be heard, feel like you're able to be yourself when describing your needs for a vehicle or someone that will give you an assured response to your needs, ask for Bao. 😎 As a Native American helping my friend ( a 1st year legal immigrant from Afghanistan) we felt welcomed, heard, comfortable and treated as a real customer. 🥳 The experience here has to restored my faith in the Luther brand, which was lost by Luther Cadillac with the work they done on my Cadillac DeVille and customer service treatment I received. If you're looking to be treated with distant politeness or be given the sub standard service as a minority, go ahead and go to the other salespeople at Luther Mazda, Honda, Toyota, etc, ... across the board they did the stereotypical fake listen, entertained our need, but ultimately pushed the brand they sold at that didn't meet our needs.

Absolutely wonderful experience at Luther! Terry in Sales and Cory in Finance are wonderful—knowledgeable, professional, straightforward, and customer-centered. They actually made the car buying experience fun! I came to Luther after an awful experience at another Buick dealership where I’d been a customer for years, and Terry and Cory showed how it should be done. They made it so easy and have earned a loyal customer! Love my new Enclave—thank you!

Shop in person vs the web
Terribe. One question via the web and after multiple responses not related to my question finally a reply with the answer and a snarky note stating they had replied to my question multiple times. I checked my spam and junk as well and never received anything other then today. No thanks. Dont attempt to service your customers via e-commerce if you cant make it work. Perhaps in person is a better route.

Awful experience with this dealership.
Awful experience with this dealership. There was a problem with the car upon purchase. Another Luther dealership found the problem and what should be done and Luther Brookdale refused to fix the problem. Highly disappointed. Contacted corporate and they were so embarrassed by the team at Brookdale.

Dealer system is broken.
Dealer system is broken. Having to talk to 3 people to buy a car cause no single person can just close a sale. Needing to talk to an accessory manager to buy rubber matts is crazy. Everyone was nice but the process is so out-dated. I should be able to just buy a car online. It took so long to get it all done even though we pre-applied online. As nice as everyone is, there really isn’t much of a value-add for the manufactured ceremony in just buying a car.

Incompetent and not Trustworthy
Daughter had an oil change completed there. Shortly after her engine was making an unusual sound. Brought it to Midas and verified there were no leaks and it wasn’t burning oil. They never put the oil in after draining it. Every time she brought her car there for a simple service, within a week following, she had major repair expenses. We just replaced the air filter prior to going to the dealership and they come out and tell us the air filter needs to be replaced. Coincidence, I don’t think so. Sabotage is more like it. They did it to me as well with my A/C and airbag sensors. This dealership is very incompetent and not trustworthy at all.
