Great service. I was convinced it was a bigger problem than it actually was. They could have ripped me off but instead just charged me to replace a bolt on my battery. I will always recommend them for service.

APPOINTMENT WAS ON TIME AS SAID. THE SERVICE MANAGER WAS VERY PLEASANT AND EASY TO WORK WITH. VEHICLE WAS DONE IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME AS TOLD.

Runde is over 100 miles from where I live and I would definitely go back. The truck was sitting out ready for us to look at and there was no hassle or haggling. They were by the best priced on their truck and did not play games when it came to my trucks value for trade. The finance department was a little backed up the day we went and Runde sent us up to the local bar/grill for lunch on them. Top notch company.

The service and sales staff are always very friendly. During my last oil change, I waited in the show room for it to be completed. It is a very clean and comfortable place that has internet available. Three different people asked if I needed something to drink. One person stopped and showed me how to run the remote on the TV. I am always impressed when I go there.

I just needed a tail light replaced. Got out of there in a very short time. Thanks

We are always pleased with our service at Runde's. They are always able to get us in quickly, they pick up and deliver our car to and from our place of work, they do a thorough check up of the vehicle while there, and always call us if there's anything that comes up.

Both my husband and myself have been long-time Runde Customers. We have not had any significant issues with any of our vehicles. When minor issues have arrived or just general maintenance, the work is completed promptly at our request and to our satisfaction.
