If I could give this place zero stars, I would.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This has been the absolute WORST car-buying experience of my life. The customer service is non-existent; the staff acted like they were doing me a favor by simply acknowledging my presence. Every question I asked was met with sarcasm, as if I was inconveniencing them by wanting to look at and test drive the vehicle I wanted before purchasing it. The salesmen were downright rude and pushy. They spoke to me in a condescending tone, clearly trying to pressure me into buying a car that didn’t meet my needs or budget.The vehicles that they were pushing onto me were all SEVERAL thousand dollars above my budget, ($5-8,000+). It was painfully obvious they were only interested in making a quick buck. The cars themselves were in questionable condition. One vehicle I test drove had the frame almost completely rusted out, and when I pointed it out, they brushed it off as "not a big deal." And it “would get around just fine.” Are you kidding me? They refused to provide mechanical services which were covered by the warranty that I paid for even though I booked an appointment and received confirmation messages. They insisted that I didnt book one, which made me feel like they were hiding something. My suspicious feeling turned out to be correct when I became stranded on the highway, because my car would not drive over 20 MPH. When I came to them about this issue they denied that anything was wrong with my vehicle. To make matters worse, their financing options were a complete scam. They tried to sneak extra fees into the paperwork, hoping I wouldn’t notice, simply because it was my first car and I did not know what to expect. When I called them out on it, they got defensive and rude, acting like I was the problem for questioning their shady tactics. Avoid this dealership at all costs. The entire experience was distasteful, unprofessional, and downright crooked. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere—preferably somewhere that values honesty and respects its customers.

Michael @ Runde

Michael and Wes were excellent. I've purchased a number of cars unseen and online (same in this case). And I must say this was by far my best experience. No games, no unexpected fees or nonsense etc. Paperwork was overnighted and clearly laid out, we signed sent back, bam bam. It really was incredible and about as hassle-free as it gets. I assume the rest of the of employees are the same but Michael and Wes were beyond helpful, kind, and up front about anything I might encounter. Proud to say I worked them and Runde and I will be doing so again.

Love my new truck

I was very appreciative of the excellent service offered by Randy Kammerude. Runde PreDriven has an amazing inventory and the price was by far the best around.   Their laid back process made everything painless.  Randy showed me how to use all of the features on the truck before I left.  I drove 1.5 hours to buy this truck and because of my experience at Runde’s, I plan on checking them out again when I buy my next truck.
