Friendly, patient, and helpful staff. We drove almost 2 hours to look at three trucks we were interested in. One was brought from a different store specifically for us to see. We narrowed it down to 2, and needed time to consider our options, and we were also waiting on a cash settlement from an accident to be able to put down on the new truck. After our decision was made, and with a minimal down payment, they held the truck for over a week until we were able to drive back to pick it up. Excellent customer service by sales and the financing team. They worked with us on everything we needed to make this a smooth transaction!

Worst experience I have had buying a used vehicle that had issues with no resolve from them. Truck I bought said it had heated seats. The week after buying it I used heated seats and the back of the seat worked and not the seat. I took it back in to be checked out and said element is bad. You bought as is we’re not fixing it. I was not told they didn't work. I asked about the brakes and was told they went through them. I came home after work one day and seen smoke coming off drivers front wheel. I only put 2500 miles on it. Told salesperson about it and nothing. It cost me $800 to fix front brakes. I asked about the spare key and fob before buying and was told they would contact previous owner. I never received call back so I called and was told I couldn't contact them. It cost me $400 for those. Noticed 3 weeks ago when finally wife and I went somewhere the passengers doors don't lock. They don't lock when put into drive either. Now that is also my problem. They say certified pre-owned. I say xxxxxxxx. I will not buy a used vehicle from them again and recommend no one should.
