RUNDE AUTO GROUP IS GREAT!!!!

They are real fine to work with. Greg has been our sales person for a number of years. They take of use very well.

go above and beyond

Jacob V was our salesman and he was excellent. he explained everything and was able to answer any of our questions. he did a great job bringing several models of the equinox to hand so we could make the decision on which one we wanted [i chan ged my mind several times] and e nded up with a different one than i had originaly planned on. i am happier with my choice and thank him for bringing it around. overall it was a great experience and we have recommended your place to others. PS this is the third vehicle we have purchased from you. was a little dissappointed that we didnt get a travel coffee mug in the gift bag but liked the pens.

Service technicians were great

The service technicians were great the only thing I was disappointed in was the service from the people that take care of the dents. We were encouraged to buy this extra coverage and the woman acted like it was a big deal that we were using it for a door ding but we were told that is what it is for. Also the man doing the door dent seemed very annoyed -and I think they should of at least washed the truck after working on it because when I picked it up it was hard to tell if the dent was gone or not??

courteous sales person

Wonderful, Kyle was very helpful and courteous. He explained all the features of my new Silverado well. I would recommend him to all of my friends.

Emergency Service

I dropped my car off after hours and was pleasantly surprised how helpful the salesman was to take down my information regarding my car problems. I didn't expect the Service Department to have time to work on it the next day but they were not only able to check it over, but they called me with a detailed explanation of what was wrong, cost of fixing it and got it done that day. When I arrived to pick it up, Pat took the time to go over the repairs and answer our questions of what was wrong. I am thrilled with the service I received and will recommend to everyone to go there. Pat also told me about the Preferred Customer program and got me signed up.

Top Notch in all ways!!!!

This is the top service I've ever found. They even provided a vehicle for me to drive while mine was being worked on. Best dealership I've ever seen. My wife and I would think of going anywhere else to purchase a vehicle. I've purchase 9 from Rundes.

Great service at reasonable prices

Service department personnel were very courteous and knowledgeable. Their work was thorough. No complaints here. Steve Barth was helpful figuring our a corvette seat question. Give Ted Shuler a raise.....He is a keeper.

THEY WENT ABOVE WHAT THEY HAD TO DO I ASKED THEM TO CHECK A COUPLE THINGS FOR ME WHICH THEY DID I THINK THEY ARE ALL GREAT !

Clean, friendly facility

Your dealership has been more than helpful in trying to resolve the problems we've had with our 2011 Impala. We just can't believe all the issues we have had with this car. All of our previous cars combined have never given us the problems this car has. We really like our car, but it really concerns us about its dependability and any future costs due to the fact the warranty is no longer in effect with the issues we've had with our car.
