Runde Pre-Driven

Dan Wahlert met me at the service counter with a warm greating. He asked me about all of my concerns with my car. Saw to the service of my car in a timely manor and made sure I was satisfied with the results. I will always go back to Runde for my car repare.

I worked with Jake Meyer. The experience start to finish was exceptional. I was treated like a person, not just a sale. Everything was explained and I got a great car that fit me perfectly. Jake is going to be my car guy from this point on. I am going to recommend everyone I know to get there next car from Runde Chevrolet.

Everyone is very friendly and very helpful. I always enjoy going to Runde even if it's because of an issue on my vehicle because I know they will take care of me any way they can.

Showed up about 15 minutes prior to appointment time and left about 30 minutes later. the crew did a fine job!!!!

I have a certified used vehicle which needed a rack for the rack and pinion steering. they came and picked up the vehicle from my wifes work place and left a loaner car. it was a no hassle experience and the repair was done great.

everything was good, as far as the guys in the service dept and them letting me know what was all going on with my vehicle, however the only issue i had was no one called me to let me know that my car was ready, i had dropped my vehicle off around 7am & had a list of items that needed attention, so i expected it to take some time or most of the day, but around 230 or 3 in the afternoon I had decided to make the call myself and they had advised at that time that all repairs were completed, otherwise, everything was as excepted, GREAT!! thanks!!

Car was in for a warranty repair. It was taking longer than expected; so I was given a "loaner" car to use. I was pleased how the service mgr handled the situation.

Dave Frazier was a pleasure to deal with. He was very enthusiastic about helping us get the deal we needed to purchase our vehicle. Will look forward to working with Dave again. Thank you!!
