New or Used?
Runde's lot has several cars to choose from, their web sight is amazing compared to other dealers. After driving the used cars, I took a new car for a ride, hooked, bought a Cruze. They found me a great rate with monthly payments I could live with and wala, I have a new car. Pretty happy.

My favorite place to buy a car
I bought a car at Runde 3 1/2 years ago from Mark Fleege at Runde. I was in getting the oil changed on my old car but I had been considering buying another car and decided to ask what kind of a deal I could get. They let me take the new car for a test drive alone, gave me a great price on my trade in and helped me get my payments to where I wanted them. Nick helped me with all of the paper work and I was enjoying my new car with out any hassle in a matter of hours. I told them in 3 years I would be back for my next car!

Disappointed
We bought a truck from you 10 days ago, 10 miles on my way home an emissions light came on. Turned around - you couldn't fix it but assured me I'd make home (3.5 hours) - I did but no one from your organization called to make sure we made it home, to see if we got it fixed, to apologize for the inconvenience etc....pretty poor customer service once the deal had been made. Since this review was written, we have been in contact with Steve Czaplinski and we're confident that he would now point out that he is satisfied with his purchase. When he came back after purchasing his truck and let us know about the emissions light issue, our service department diagnosed the problem but did not have the part in stock to make the repair. We assured Steve that there wasn't a major problem and the truck would get him home safely. We did offer to order the part and make the repairs and deliver the truck to him. Since this was not an option for Steve we advised him to drive the truck home and have the truck checked out locally. Since it was a 2011 Silverado with only 17,900 miles on the odometer, he was able to do just that. The emissions light was reset and his service visit was completely covered under the truck?s factory warranty. Steve purchased the truck from us on a weekend and his salesman, Rick Kragenbring, did try to contact him the following Wednesday for a follow up call. Rick left a voicemail asking if everything was going well with the truck. In hindsight, Rick should have emailed Steve as well. Rick wasn?t able to reach Steve and speak to him in person until after Steve posted this review. As of now, Steve confirmed that his truck?s emission light issue was covered under warranty and that he is now completely happy with his truck purchase.
Good Deal

Good Buying Experience
Runde shoots you a strong trade offer right off the bat. They don't low-ball your trade and force you through a long negotiation process. This is a low-pressure and relaxed buying experience and all the staff is sincere and friendly. Highly recommended!

Buying a used low milage old style silverado
I was looking for a low milage classic style Silverado pickup,RED.Looked at a few of their trucks not what I wanted.The salesman kept looking,since they have 4 dealerships,and sent me the link to several trucks that came in on trade.Finally a 2004 EXT cab RED truck came in 36K miles all the options I wanted and SUPER clean.There was no pressure to buy and very PATIENT with me.I told them I would buy but very picky.Patients paid off for both of us.THUMBS UP TO SEAN for the help.

Great Product, Service, and Overall Experience!
When I first started the car buying process a couple of weeks ago, I was a little skeptical. I had always purchased used vehicles and never thought that I would buy new. However, after meeting with Dave Frazier, I discovered that a new car was the best way to go. Dave worked hard at finding the perfect vehicle for me. He was very knowledgeable about my vehicle of choice and was very helpful when it came to explaining all of the features of the vehicle. Overall, Dave made buying a new vehicle an easy process. Because of Dave's calm and relaxed nature, I felt comfortable and at ease throughout the entire car buying experience. In conclusion, I would definitely recommend Dave and the rest of the Rundes Auto Group staff to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
